So many insurance companies will keep you on the phone for an hour or more when the customer is getting new insurance but the whole process took less than 15 mins! Showed up at 11:50 am to see about starting a policy and there was a sign up saying out for lunch return at 1:15pm. Really? An hour and a half lunch and customers have to wait? Two customers sitting in the parking lot waiting on top of that. So Id have to wait that much longer when they return? If your business hours dont include a closed for lunch guess you should eat in.
