I would recommend this shop to anyone! The owners went above and beyond from the very beginning. I brought my car in to get a free estimate on hail damage and they quoted me a fair price, helped me through the process of filing a claim, and were very responsive with scheduling a time to meet with the adjuster with me. They were able to fit me in right away , finished the job very quickly, and even took care of multiple rock chips at the same time. They are very kind people, and the wife even offered to drive me home so I wouldnt need to get an Uber. Thanks guys!

Shawn and Rachel are a dream to work with! I brought in my car to get multiple dings repaired. Shawn and Rachel gave me an affordable estimate after looking over my car. They even caught some dings and a dent that I overlooked, which Im so grateful for. They also buffed out all the little scratches my car had. Hail damage is never a good thing, but getting to work with this fine company made the repair process fast, easy and enjoyable! These are the folks the big-chain collision repair companies call when they need paintless dent repair work done, so no middleman or wait. Extreme Hail & Dent worked flawlessly with my insurance company and the work on our Dodge Charger is perfect....like it never saw hail. Rachel even repaired an unsightly piece of damaged molding on the interior - thats above and beyond!! Not only that, they picked up and delivered my vehicle. Im not sure if they want that publicized, but it sure made my life easier. Thankful I saw their bright green logo-wrapped truck as I was driving to Caliber for an estimate. Such luck!

Mr. Ferguson, the owner, did fabulous work! My husband rented a car for his business trip. He didnt get the extra insurance because he knew the company wouldnt cover it. When the cold front came in and there were 30 mph winds, we came out of the store and found a huge door ding/dent on the drivers side door! The rental company said they would charge our $500 deductible up front and then file it with our insurance company to get it fixed. I knew the ding wouldnt cost $500 to fix and I didnt want it to go against our insurance for something smaller, so we got a few estimates and Extreme Hail and Dent quoted us LESS than half of what the other companies quoted us. He also squeezed us in the same day and fixed the dent in under an hour, you cant even tell it was there! So pleased with their work and accommodating our tight schedule since we have to turn the car back in tomorrow. I was impressed with their service and professionalism! Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson are both veterans, which is always a plus and I will definitely recommend their business to family and friends.

Extreme Hail and Dent are extremely professional. 6 month old vehicle in a hailstorm while on vacation. Came back and got an estimate from insurance. Went and visited Extreme and I couldnt be happier with how they worked with us and our insurance on getting the vehicle in at a convenient time for us. They really took care of us and the vehicle looks new again.

They are the best couple in town!my vehicle came back like a brand new vehicle.When I brought my car into their place, they took a look at it right away and gave me an estimate,their price was way reasonable than I thought, other place gave me an estimate but it was 3 times more and takes probably more time to fix all the damages than extreme hail.Also they saw my two little kids in the vehicle then offered me to come pick up the vehicle next day, and also offered me to drop off for no charge.I live in the neighborhood so I was actually going to walk back home after I drop off my vehicle and probably takes over 30 minutes walk with my little ones.That helped me a lot!!They fixed all the scratches and the dents and scrapes less than 3 hours and also add extra job on my vehicle.This vehicle they fixed for me is my very first brand new one so that means a lot to me.If anything happens again, this place is the place we are going to go. They are amazing.Highly recommended

It amazes me that there are all these great reviews after the treatment we were given today. The owner couldnt be bothered to even look at my car, let alone give me an estimate. He was rude and unkind. I would have understood if they were closed or busy, but it was before 5 and there were zero customers. Horrible customer service.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. I thought my new car had a forever dent and I was unhappy about it. Since the paint was not broken they were able to fix the dent in my hood in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. It looks fantastic. If you have hail damage dont go anywhere else. This us THE place to get it forever fixed.

Took my Audi to Extreme Hail and Dent. Was skeptical at 1st but after talking to the owner I was relaxed and knew that I was in good hands. Drop the car off got a phone call 2 and a 1/2 hours later saying my vehicle was ready for pick up. Looked where the previous dent was an absolutely looked perfect , couldnt tell that there was a door ding. Over all 5 stars from start to finish very professional.

I want to add to my previous review after seeing that someone is trying to smear the name and reputation of Extreme Hail And Dent. I have since taken my vehicle back to Shawn and his crew to have a rather large dent repaired on the roof. After looking over the issue, he informed me it would take a while and that they would be happy to take me home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop. His wife took me home and then later in the day, her and him both returned with my vehicle and it was good as new, you wouldn’t even have known there was a large dent unless I told you! They were extremely careful with the inside of my Tahoe and didn’t leave anything out of place or dirty. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of work they do! I refuse to believe that anyone was treated poorly, they have been nothing but professional and upfront with their services and prices. If you have dents and dings, even some large ones, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Shawn before going to any other place. Not only will you be supporting a great local business like this one, he will be honest with you and the price will be fair. My review from my first encounter with them is below.I recently purchased a vehicle that had a some door dings and one larger pretty good ding. I actually found out about this place through the Next Door app. I went and had an estimate done and I was happy with what we discussed and we set up a time. Let me just start off by saying that the owners, Shawn and Rachel are awesome folks! They are very down to Earth and honest. I was impressed with the fact that I was welcomed to watch as they worked on my car and see the process. I watched as they diligently worked on my car and we all even had casual conversations while they worked in a very calm, laid back atmosphere. Rachel was honest with me when I initially took it for an estimate about the larger door ding because she was not sure it could be fixed with just the paintless repair method, but they would give it a try. Sean was not only able to fix the dent, he was also able to smooth and buff the damage out. You can’t even hardly tell there was any dent at all! I mentioned needing to get it washed and detailed and they informed me they have a person that does that and I apologize, I have forgotten her name, but we were able to get her to come and do it same day and she did a great job! If you have any dings and dents you want to get fixed, I highly recommended taking your vehicle to Extreme Hail & Dent! Spring Texas weather is coming up, so you just might be in the market!
