I live in Beloit Township and theyre the ones who pick up my trash. Whats handy is you can drop off any household items during the week free of charge. Happy with their service. The secretaries are always polite and courteous.

Easy to get rid of trash and recycle. 0ffice people are always friendly.

At least we could drop off our tires! Called several times ahead for bulk pick up...never happened, even when reported to the township. I think these guys have a monopoly now and do as they please.

Negative 5 stars. Terrible service! No follow up at all. Ordered 30 yd. dumpster for noon on a Monday. Got it Tuesday at 4:30. Not ideal for keeping jobs on schedule. They will say we think we can..we probably can. When you have a job to keep on schedule you absolutely need to know yes or no. Its a no with this company. I would not recommend them!!!. Will never use again!!

On Tues. it was trash and recycle pickup. They only picked up the trash, leaving the recycle. We called and were told that it would be picked up before 6, it wasnt. We called them again and the were going to send a truck today Thurs. and they didnt. They have no problem taking our money! In the past they skipped our pick up. They told me that it was probably due to the weather. Funny, my neighbors have the same weather and theirs was picked up.

I have 2 business location that I need to get back on a weekly pick up again. Ive been trying to get this done for almost a month. Mike never calls back and the truck never shows up. When this contract is up, its time for a change

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!Thank goodness my contract expired!!! We started out with Rock Disposal, a family owned buisness who a few years ago go bought up by A.D.That is when the issues started! My bill increased to double of what I was contracted to pay Rock Disposal.I was pushed out of 4 times a month pick up to every other week pickup with no reductions in billing.Started seeing more convince charges on my bill that had no bearing to my buisness.Not to mention the poor customer service, bad buisness practices and values.It was month after month of emails and phone calls, from non service, broken locks from their drivers (all caught on camera) denying any wrong doings.Refusals to honor my original contract....I can just keep going on and on...

I do not feel valued as a customer with Advanced Disposal, and I have a certain wariness about dealing with them. I called TWICE to inquire about household item pick-up and I was informed both times that it is a FREE SERVICE once a week. Lo and behold, only AFTER it is picked up they stick me with a $30 charge, which they refused to take off completely. Additionally, there was a time when my trash was not picked up on a really bad snow day and when I called, they simply said oh our driver said he was there -- like its just his word against mine. I had to go through loops and hoops to have them pick up my trash that week. Advanced Disposal definitely needs some improvements in the area of Customer Service.

Horrible service. We moved in to our house and we were quoted $45 for a three month service. For the first four weeks they didn’t take either all the trash, recycling or just forgot the recycling. My wife called each week to get things fixed. On the fourth week, my wife finally got ahold of a manager. The manager told us the woman that set up our account told us misinformation on recycling that it was not every week, but every other week. Then, we find out that they charged us wrong because we were outside of city limits and it should be $103. How do you get that wrong? You had our address. We didn’t move the house. You picked up the trash ( poorly) and you sent mail. Advanced acknowledged that we had called every week with an issue and instead of trying to help us, they charge us more. My wife asked about a second recycling bin and they told us $5 more. We asked why and the lady said because of landfill fees. So, they don’t recycle? They just dump all the recycling into landfills? Everyone we talked with either lied or had no idea how to do their job. Avoid at all costs!

My mom missed two pickups. Newark Township needs a new company! complained to Advance by phone, and even showed up ....never a supervisor to talk to! They take our money and dont always provide service.A few community dumpsters dropped off would have been the least they could do.Advance.....good business will keep you in business ! Take the time to read your own reviews , and please get serious! People dont like wallowing in trash!

Worst company in my area. Finally changed companies and they charged me an extra month and late fees after o had already cancelled services. They have missed several pickups throughout my time with them and price would increase without notice about every 3 months. Customer service is horrible if you have to call. Would not recommend.

Customer service is horrible. Called about 1:00pm and they said a new computer system just got into place and they would give a call back. Took my phone number and name. Here it is a day later and nothing. I should have listened to to reviews. Not even a price on a dumpster. For all if you in the Janesville Wisconsin area use Trash Box. Lyle is very friendly and you don’t have to wait for a call back(that never came) and a quote is given to you right away. Would of gave no stars but not an option. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Like most businesses these days, confusion and chaos within the so-called customer service circle helps them ignore any issues. This company is traded on the New York Stock Exchange - theyre above dealing with any one individual problem. One star is too much; where is the option for NO stars! I love how the five-star reviews have little or no comments - tells you right there that those are not legitimate!!

One star is too generous. The first customer service representative hung up on me, then the second was so incredibly rude that I decided to not even use their services. I work for a large company that has utilized their services for years, and they told me that we dont even have an account with them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE AWFUL!

Ordered and paid for a 30 yard container. A 12 yard container was delivered. When I called “customer service”, I was given the run a round for TWO HOURS! Had to go through several people before giving up and asking for my money back, which I now have to wait for two weeks! Only wish I could give 0 stars!

Constant struggle with this company, they are never willing to work with anybody. They will not take any trash if its not in the bin. They have told me multiple times they would have a driver out and just not shown up only to have the raccoons show up instead. Not pleased at all with their service.

Terrible service do not use them. We ordered a 30 yard container a week before delivery date and they never showed up with no call informing us. When we called the next day inquiring where the container was, there was no reason given except they felt like pushing it back a day. Customer service has no clue whats going on with dispatch and vice versa. We operate an efficient business and always keep our customers/clients informed at all times especially if there are delays... Advanced Disposal should do the same.

Marked 1 start but they do not even deserve that. DO NOT go here they are liars and so unprofessional!! I was new in the area and called them due to the last tenants living there used them and they were beyond horrible. Didnt pick up my garbage for over 3 weeks, I called on the 2nd week and the lady who answered lied to me over the phone. Went to Waste Management for 3 months is the same price of one month at Rock Disposal!

When this Co.was local they were great,Used them for business (15 yrs) and residential (12yrs).now as usual theyre huge and Awful. One week still no dumpster ! Have our money but o were sorry !!!! Stay clear of them.

3rd time in a month they didnt pick up our trash (or our neighbors). They take two days to call back when we do call to complain. Horrid company! Hate that we have no choice😞

Ordered a 30 yard dumpster and got a 12 yard dumpster delivered. Called customer service and got a complete run around and they didn’t have a reasonable solution other than telling me too bad. DO NOT USE ADVANCED DISPOSAL!

Great place and the people are great

Waited 3 weeks to get my trash picked up. Now this week, not picked up again. Same with my neighbor..very poor service. I need to shop around
