Was supposed to have a truck available for pickup in the evening. Truck wasnt ready and there were no replacements available nearby, so my move was postponed by over 12 hours.Edit to add:Picked up the truck the next day. Employee was very friendly, but the underlying issue was not resolved or compensated for in any way.This is likely a fine location if you are doing things during the hours that they are open, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are picking up after hours.

They know what theyre doing, and I would highly recommend. Clean truck with low mileage. Pick up / drop off were very simple. We loaded the 26 truck, and my husband was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to drive. We will be renting another truck from this location again in 2 weeks.

We had a great experience with this location. We needed to run to the truck early in the morning, but when we got there the padlock was frozen shut. We had to cancel the reservation and fully expected and run around for the refund. But we we’re pleasantly surprised to have the opposite happen. When my husband stopped in after they opened, he told them what happened and not only did they give him a bigger truck for a lesser price, the gave us the truck for an extra day and waived the gas fee. Definitely a stand up business

This lady made us feel truly welcome in a place where southern hospitality is non-existent. She included extras on our truck rental to aid us in our return Texas move and she was so nice and friendly, it was a welcome change to the sour faces and grumpy attitudes we find most people have in this area of the states. Maybe its too cold..... Yall come visit us now, ya hear? Theres warmth enough for everyone.

We have rented a UHaul from these guys on two separate occasions and have not had a problem. The pickup was very easy and the staff were polite. We did a night drop off on both occasions and didnt have a problem there either. I would recommend them.

Moved from ST Louis to Wisconsin. These guys made the return super easy. They were great to work with.

Got what the truck I needed. Nice staff. Turned truck into even nicer guy in Beloit, WI.

Double charged me and said they would issue a refund. Today the refund they were supposed to issue, was debited not credited to my account. Left a voicemail at 11:30am to contact me and as of 2:35pm, no callback. I tried for 1 our straight calling their number and keep getting put to their voicemail. Piss poor customer service. Will never rent from this location again!
