John was awesome. Very reasonably priced and did the job right in front of me. He even showed me how to do it, which honestly blew my mind.I do about 90% of the cooking for my family and love hosting people so a sharp knife is a high priority of mine in the kitchen. After each of the three knives I brought to him, he did paper test and it was like a hot knife through butter. I will be going back to him without a second thought.
