I would give this place a -1/10. I dropped off my sons suit and shoes to be cleaned and he said it would be 15$ total and when I came back to pick it up they were charging 50$. Extra fee for the small bow tie and did not even mention the shoes would be 30$. I paid and picked up my sons suit and told them I would be back Saturday to pay for the shoes. He said ok. Well it turns out today, Saturday, they are closed. I needed his shoes today for a church service.

Ive used Meris cleaners a few times now and have had a great experience each time! They are friendly, reliable, and do immaculate work. Brought in a Calvin Klein, black and white, animal print jacket to be dry cleaned. When they returned it to me, it was gray and white. Apparently they didnt do a fabric test and the chemicals completely bleached it out. I think the worst part about it is that werent honest. They obviously knew there was a problem early on and decided to keep going and make the error consistant. Then tried to pass it off as fine. Did they really think I wasnt going to notice that they turned the entire jacket a different color? Im heartbroken. I loved this jacket.
