Stopped in without notice to have my dad’s watch battery replaced. In and out in 5 minutes, great service. Had a question about another watch which was answered with a number of options and a smile. Will definitely return.

Great place!!!! I have visited their store on various occasions and have been greeted warmly for repairs, watch batteries and my husband bought my Christmas bracelet there.

My husband found me a unique engagement ring. We discovered that the ring had no matching band so I was very stumped on what to do. Straight bands did not compliment the ring and nothing fit the style. That’s when I went to Christopher, a master jeweler. He took time to sit down with me, drawing out exactly what I had been dreaming of. My jaw dropped when I saw how perfect the wedding band is. It is completely custom to my engagement ring and I could not be happier! 10/10 recommend Christopher.

I took my grandparents wedding bands to have them made into a single ring. There was a pattern that was still able to be seen on one and Christopher was able to replicate it so well that if I didnt look close, I thought it was still the original ring. The piece turned out to be a beautiful tribute and I will enjoy wearing it.

Went in to look for some simple yellow gold posts. The young lady was kind and very helpful. She showed me some white gold earrings but I quickly told her I cannot wear them because of allergies to nickel and zinc.She showed me a pair of yellow gold, screw back posts with yellow diamonds. They were gorgeous but way out of my price range. I told her how much I had to spend and she suggested I stop in on a Saturday and talk to Christopher.She explained that the jeweler, Christopher split his time between the Rockford, IL and Beloit WI location. She said he was in Rockford most of the week but was always in Beloit on Saturdays.I look forward to stopping by and seeing what he can do for me on a limited budget.The interior of the store was beautifully decorated in a simple classy way. The display cabinets are tall and well lit. Lots of beautiful jewelry that you will never see at a box store.I suggest stopping in and looking around if youre in the mood for something special.

I went to jewelry by Christopher by downtown Beloit to replace the battery for my watch and replace the pin for my watch and the Lady she very nice do all that for me is free, She really make my day. Thank you and Thank from the bottom of my heart Lady.

Fantastic service.The gentleman who helped me on my first visit was very professional, and patient, as I was horribly undecided on what wedding band I wanted. After awhile I decided, and upon coming back a few days later I was able to meet Christopher; who was also a pleasure to speak with. When I inquired about restoring an old class ring I had he did it on the spot, and did an -amazing- job.Would recommend, will return anytime I have jewelry needs!

I had a wedding set that had sentimental value but was ready to let it go. I had many referrals to a well known local jewler Christopher. I visited the store and the gentleman informed me that christopher himself would need to give a offer since the value was above his range.I returned and Christopher the jewler declined to make an offer. He referred me around the corner and said that the store around the corner would be interested in the 3ct. diamond wedding set.As a respected jewler of our area, I took his recommendation and visited the store. The wait staff was very interested in the diamond rings. They used several testers and tossed my rings around on their counter. This was very rude and unprofessional. I couldnt hardly believe the attitude, and as if that wasnt enough, the offer was insulting.I returned to Christophers show room and told him of my experience. He said he would take the rings apart and custom make jewlery. That was acceptableto me. But he himself wasnt ready to make a offer. I wasnt wanting a pawn shop experience and I nearly felt like I was being swindled.

Christopher’s goes above and beyond expectations. He collaborates with his customers and creates jewelry that actually says something.Let the ring do the talking so all she has to say is “YES!”

The experience I have had at Christopher’s has always been exceptional. He replaced and reset diamonds in my mother and grandmother’s wedding rings. He added extra prongs to help guarantee my mother would never lose a diamond again and added gold to my grandmother’s ring that was blended so seamlessly, you couldn’t tell it had been done!! To match the color of gold over 50 years old and do it so precisely with new gold that holds less impurities than its older counterparts is nothing short of magic! Truly exceptional and very appreciated.

I would like to reply to a comment, not only does Christopher repair Jewelry he is a Custom Master Jeweler.The company has many services for watches including changing watch batteries for $2.99. When it comes to the mechanical of the watches, he refers them to the manufacturers so does not void the Warranty. If you do not carry Particular watch brand, your not able to get Genuine mechanicals. I would say that somebody with integrity. He makes sure your watch holds value.

Ive been following Christopher for quite some time, observed many of his creations. Truly a craftsman with new creations or redesigning your jewels. Im sure he is adept at repairs also.When I am in the market for another ring, chain or any other form of jewelry, I will not hesitate to go here first. Wow, great unique selection and knowledgeable staff. I received a beautiful pearl and diamond set for Christmas from my guy. However, Im just not a pearl gal.
