BEST place in the planet! Totally awesome environment and everyone is so committed to safety! It is just a top notch experience all the way around! You can never go wrong with any of the staff you have to deal with either, they will handle any questions you have and always make you feel so welcomed! Best ever!

The staff is very courteous and always cleaning. Members are very courteous to one another and clean off machines after use with antibacterial spray bottle provided by health club.

Stopped by around 1:45 with the intention of getting memberships for myself and several family members so we could all begin working out together.Could not get any help; doors were locked and no one would come to/answer either door (members & guest doors) so we decide to go to a different gym

Very knowledgeable staff willing to help the beginners like myself. Seen everyone take the time to clean after they used each equipment. To me it is a win win situation with trying to get into best shape that I can be. And hopefully learn somethings about how to tone certain areas as they have someone there during the day for the most part of the day to help you.

Friendly environment, great equipment, extra features that the YMCA doesnt offer at half the rate. And you can also bring a guest as often as you like!! For free.

Always clean, plenty of machines, never feels crowded. Great value for all the amenities available there.

Going to PF isnt just a workout, its an experience. I love having the option of showering after my workout, (the dual shower heads are admittedly one of my favorite parts of the gym), and with my black card membership, I can tan or make use of the hydromassage chairs to relax and recover from my workout. All of these things, plus the No Judgment energy in the gym and the reasonable prices, make exercising enjoyable, something completely new for me! 10/10 recommend everyone try Planet Fitness for its flexibility, affordability, and luxury.

5 Minutes before closing, they shut the lights off on everyone while they were still lifting weights and running/walking on the treadmills. This is a very dangerous practice and could cause serious injury. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This place is small enough you should be able to turn the music and TVs off and walk around and tell everyone that the gym is closing.

After going into this facility and canceling my membership by signing a document (since they will not do it over the phone) in December. The employee failed to follow through and my membership did not get cancelled. In March after I realized I was still being charged I went back in and requested a good faith reimbursement. I accepted some of the responsibility since I dont keep great track of my spending money. I was directed to email the regional manager Preston Sult who basically called me a liar that since I didnt have proof of being in the facility in December I was denied a refund. It is a nice gym for the price but dont trust them to do anything. Keep you paperwork and follow through or they will steal your money!!!

Excellent equipment, excellent facilities. The staff are exceptional. The virus forced me out of my gym. I am so glad. I found a great new home!

I drive 20 minutes to Beloit rather than the loves park location which is 9 min away because the atmosphere is more accepting. Other gym members are so nice, no one stares are makes it uncomfortable compared to the location in Loves park.

The equipment was spaced apart well, however many people didnt have on masks. I wish the would follow the rules when walking around the facility. Wear the masks and stay 6 feet apart please?

Easy, quick, no disruptions. Work at my own pace. Locker rooms, lockers. Social distancing during this pandemic. Love working out at this place 💪 Helping me on my weight loss journey.

Ever since Colin took over as manager this place has went straight in the toilet. There is NEVER a worker around. They all hide in the break room.One time I went in and two employees were in the break room braiding hair. Tonight I go in, one employer in the break room in her phone, the other employee is in the Mens locker room, on his phone! The customer service is garbage. Whoever owns that franchise must have a pea brain, because they are still allowing Colin to be the manager.

Got charged a late fee of 15$ witch is weird . Have money in my account going to cancel both memberships since i dont want to constantly get charged 15$ here and there for no reason .

I’ve been to both Janesville, and Beloit Planet Fitness. Beloit is by far the BEST! The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are ALWAYS busy and consistently friendly. The gym is very very clean and bathrooms are always stocked and clean as well. I’ve so far never had a poor experience while at the Beloit location. I definitely, and I mean DEFINITELY love the stand up tanning beds, some of the absolute best tanning beds I’ve ever used. The bulbs seem like they’re always “New” because I tan amazingly every time. Also, the price to be a member is great, I couldn’t really imagine myself ever using another gym. Beloit is my preferred location as it’s closer to my home than Janesville. I’ll most definitely continue being a member for years to come

Been going for two years straight. Price is unbeatable and staff is very helpful. Great gym for beginners and an overall friendly environment. More advance lifters can certainly train here but there’s no squat racks, only Smith machines and dumbbells only go up 75lbs and curl bars 60lbs. Tanning, hydro beds and massage chairs are a huge plus

Inexpensive, very clean, and open 24/7 everyday. State-of-the-art equipment with trainers available and plenty of staff on hand. Lots of treadmills, cycles, ellipticals, and stair-climbers available to use. Nearly two of every machine and free weights as well. This place is awesome!!

Staff is helpful. Gym is clean, with plenty of sanitizing stations to clean equipment, etc., after using. Shower facility is spacious for cleaning up after working out, with small lockers, and plenty of showers Massage chairs are not made for smaller-statured individuals. Its beneficial for me to be able to work out at any time, day or night.

Just finished another daily workout at my local PF. The friendly staff always makes it so welcoming when I come in every morning. I leave the gym feeling ready for my day to begin after enjoying an amazing hydro-massage. Keep up the great work!

Ask for a tour if its your first time around. They will be glad to show you. All sorts of work equipment, even timed series for a fun workout. Personal trainers, massage chairs, vibra shaker (very unique and feels great), water beds, and more. Only once or so a year is there not a staff member there too. Makes me feel safer.

Collin has turned the place around staff friendly and place is clean

Charged me a 15$ late fee whilst I had money in my account .and also reached out to the club in witch they basically said there’s nothing they could do and acted like they couldn’t help me .

Great management team always friendly and available. Your not just a number here, they know you by name and take the time to acknowledge you when your there. Employees interact with you and are happy to help out with whatever you need.

Employees are always there with a smile on their face and willing to help in any way possible.

Worst customer service Check your statements. I was charged late fees. When the account was tied to a credit card, they wont help me. I have to go there when the manager works to prove it. He works the same hours as me. No help.

Just joined, being 6 months pregnant and feeling out of shape I was worried I would get stared out and feel out of place. Everyone has been so friendly and made me feel like Im no different and look no different from everyone else trying to get in shape.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, and tanning bed bulbs seem to be changed very regularly. $20/month for 24/7 gym, free tanning, and unlimited massage bed/chairs, etc. is more than worth it!

It would be a much safer haven if they could take into consideration to plow their parking lot and shovel in front of the main entrance from the previous nights snowfall! Two cars were stuck in the snow and this still wasnt taken care of when I departed at 11:40 A.M. Unacceptable!

I enjoy the judgement free zone that I find at Planet fitness here in beloit and really appreciate how available everything is. Open 24 hrs and tons of equipment- its the only option for me.Friendly staff too!
