Just purchased a 2013 wrangler from them. 466 miles after, I have a rear control arm bushing that’s completely shot and clunking. My mechanic friend just looked at it at his shop and said 9 of the other bushings on the upper/lower front/rear control arms are bad and need to be replaced. This is after buying a vehicle for 32k, you think they would have Inspected it and replaced worn parts like this before selling a vehicle that is in my mechanics words “unsafe to be driving”. This situation also happened when I was up north and had to drive the entire way home with it like this. I was informed by rob that I bought the car as is and they would not be doing anything about the issue. It’s good to know they don’t mind selling unsafe vehicles to make a better profit. I will never be doing business with Bryden again.

My overall oil change experience is good. I get in and out in a timely manner. However each time I go in they remind me, when I’m done, that I have 2 open recalls. When I say let’s take care of them, the same guy that seems so “helpful” says I need to schedule an appointment, And let’s me leave without asking me to schedule one. I would think they would want to make sure I schedule one since the dealership gets paid for the work and gives them an opportunity to encourage other services. So each time I go in for an oil change I get the same thing. “Oh by the way” you have 2 open recalls, but we are not doing them today, and they don’t seem to care if I get them done or not, and they are NOT very helpful in wanting to get them done. ALSO, I did schedule an appointment on my own last week, but they couldn’t get me in to get it done for at least a week out. I did need my oil changed right away so I went in to get it done while I wait for my “appointment” next week. When I was done with my oil change the same “helpful” guy says “oh by the way you have 2 open recalls, you may want to schedule an appointment to get those done...” really? Can’t you see I actually made my own appointment a couple days before I got there?? Wow

Extremely disappointed in the service department. My appointment was at 8am. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:50am, was told about 2 to 2.5 hours. I leave and come back in exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes. They tell me it will be another 1 hour to 2 hours. What?!?! Literally they did nothing and here is why….the guy at the desk said, we didn’t know you would be back in a couple hours, so we allowed the mechanic to work on other vehicles. So basically because I didn’t sit in the waiting room and wait for my vehicle, they skipped me…they didn’t honor my appointment time…Never Again!!! Absolutely ridiculous, there is no point in making an appointment unless you plan on sitting there and waiting for them to honor your appointment time…

I recently used Brydens express oil change facility and could not be happier. Representative Ty was professional, courteous and helpful. The techs changed the oil and rotated the tires on my Jeep in what seemed to be less than 15 minutes (I wasnt timing them). I bought a used car from Bryden. The sales process was outstanding. Great salesperson and no pressure. Like many other reviews the negative to Bryden is their service department. I drove the vehicle home and noticed that the new front brakes they had put on as part of their pre-sales inspection smelled and were smoking. I called my sales guy and said that they missed a bad caliper in their inspection. He said service would call me to take care of it. They never called. I got a review request from Bryden via text so I stated that if they wanted a good review they needed to fix my brakes. Service finally called and set an appointment. I asked if I would be able to wait and they said yes and that it should only take an hour (which it should have). After an hour and a half they still had not started on my car so I asked for a loaner for the day. They gave me one. At 4pm I call about picking up the vehicle and its still not done and now they need to order the caliper. I did not have a good feeling about their service dept so I just went back, got my car, and drove home with smoking brakes. I had the leaking water pump, seeping oil pan, and front caliper all replaced at my trusted mechanic. All of these issues should have been caught and fixed in their pre-sale inspection. Beware of this if you are considering buying at Bryden

Was denied the loan for new car i test drove and wanted due to income and credit issues. However Dean Zimmerman didnt give up for 3 days he pulled strings, worked magic and made me a deal of a lifetime. My vehicle was at the dealership for a week for an issue that only took an hour to complete and we received poor communication over the timeline. It was sent home and the following day would not start, showing the exact same warning lights and symptoms as before it was towed to the dealership. They told me they “fixed” what I took it in for and that this must be a different issue, refusing to fix it or offer a refund. They even admitted that it didn’t start consistently the previous day and they sent it home anyway. It was a terrible experience.

Salesman was very helpful, answered all our questions. They only had one vehicle in what we were looking for so we did leave without making a purchase. We will continue to shop.

Very good place to get answers for your car needs and help with tune ups. When my car needs to be looked at this is where I go cause the prices are pretty fair.

I can’t even give this place 1 start. I’ve got a new Jeep Wrangler with 5000 miles on it..they took apart the air filter and lost the screw down the motor..they had to take off the oil pan to find the screw..remember this Jeep only has 5000 miles there’s no reason why they should be looking at the air filter..I can’t wait for the battle I’m gunna have after the oil pan starts leaking..never offered me anything for my inconvenience..and I was there for 4 hours..I couldn’t be more upset..the worst part is they felt no responsibility for any of this..then your car or truck needs service run from this place..you’ll regret going there

Only gave me 3 oil changes on a truck I payed 45,000 for, I watched Ford in Janesville give my girlfriend 2 years of free oil changes ,and tire rotation, not counting car pick up for oil changes pick up and delivery at home, bryden doesnt do any of that, Ive bought 3 cars from them this will be my last.

Got me in within a day or 2. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. However due to the pandemic its unknown when it will be in. However that is not Brydens fault. Very professional service personal.

Bought three tires for the fourth for 1 dollar. Bought year road tires for 650. And mounting balance and alignment cost 180. So for everything on my car would have cost me 1000 just in wheels. So the cost of the full size spare made sense I called there parts department and got it in less then 3 minutes. I have also bought my high end durango there with a late after noon walk in and drove off the lot in under 2 hours. I totaled my last car out do to a drunk driver.

I will never go back to Bryden again.Made an appointment to have work done on my Jeep.Appointment for 7:30, I will wait as work is being done, work should take2 hours I am told.I dropped it if at 7:30 and told him I was going to run a few errands and the be back for my Jeep.Returned 3 hrs later and was told Jeep not in bay and they hoped it would be done that day.What is the purpose for making an appointment I asked, That is just for a time to drop it off not start work.Give me my keys back and I am out of here.
