I took my car in to have sway bar links replaced. They were very reasonably priced. They did a fabulous job my car now feels like it is brand new.

My elderly mother has been having issues with her car not starting for the last few months. I do not live in Beloit, so taking her car in during the work week has not been possible. Not knowing if her car will start on her weekly errand day and of coarse it not starting on that day at all, has had her really upset.I called Road Medic on Wednesday and spoke to Mark. I explained what had been happening with her car. With the possibility of it not starting at all, I was looking for someone who would also be able to go get her car. I was expecting to hear a no, sorry! but Mark was very understanding and surprisingly said yes, no problem!Not only were they understanding and kind to us both, they also didnt try to charge for things the car didnt need.As it turns out, the few repairs her 1998 vehicle has had prior to this, were also taken care of here. Road Medic is the only place we will go to in the future!Thank you Mark and staff, for going above and beyond!!!
