I contacted Frank about a vehicle he had listed online and stated my interest in it. I made it very clear about what I was willing to pay and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately I could not make it there for a day and when I arrived someone else was purchasing the vehicle I was wanting to get. Franks solution to the issue was to show me and have me test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was a thousand dollars above my price range. Well long story short he sold it to me for the same price as the other vehicle and now about a year later its still running strong. We bought a PT Cruiser with insanely low miles. The late owners daughter was kind, friendly, and took care of us with a smile when I know she wasnt feeling it. She came with us on our test drive, and was still a joy to be around. She was up front in her pricing, negotiated with us, and we had no problems. She detailed every tax and fee, and a couple days after we bought the cute little thing, she sent me a text letting me know she found the reciept for the battery with the warranty info.I hope they stick around for awhile since we will need another car in the near future!This is a great place, run by an obviously wonderful family and Im glad we found them! Worth the drive from Janesville, without a doubt!

This business is fraudulent and likes to sale bad cars and lies to your face. He falsified documents and doesnt care if he sales a family a broken down car that works long enough for you to get off the property.

One of the most unprofessional car dealerships, would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a mercury sable from crestview three weeks ago, when we brought the car home it was already leaking transmission fluid and oil terribly. I contacted Frank (the owner) and he assured me he would make everything right.When I brought the car to him all he was talking about was adding additives to the car not even addressing the issues. After ensuring I wanted the car fixed with no additives added to the car he told me he would diagnose the issues.Later he called me telling me that he had replaced the transmission pan gasket and filter and told me nothing about the oil leak. Not even two hours after recieving the car back I parked the car on a fresh spot of snow to now see the transmission fluid pouring out.(Also he had told me I needed to take the car to the car wash before he would even touch it but all the car washes near me were closed, so I gave him 10 bucks to do so. I had to go straight to work after. And he did not wash the car and also did not bring the money back.)I called Frank and he was very rude telling me its my problem now.(With more vulgar vocabulary) I had the car towed to a professional mechanic to find the transmission pan bolts were not tightened nor the oil filter which is why that was leaking terribly.Once the car was at the right fluid specs I started driving it to find the transmission is now slipping. (And yes I was consistently checking the fluid levels and adding at least a quart a day unless I hadnt used it that day.)Also all the interior of the car was glued together very badly. Something that could have been easily fixed with fast clips, was just done to make an auto sale. Bottom line, if you want a destroyed car held together by glue buy a car from crestview!I wouldnt even rate this place a star but that was not an option.The car we spent 2,500 on. Thanks for nothing Frank, you were such a disappointment.
