Great staff, I have lived in NH for 25 years and have had Home Beautiful install carpet in the 2 homes we have lived in, round 2 recently replaced a berber they installed 13 years ago held up fantastic some water damage caused the need to replace. The installers always do a great job. Skip always comes out and measures, gives us a quote and the schedule is kept as promised, will continue to use HB for flooring projects.

Went to pick up a job order. Staff went out of their way to help me. Really appreciated that.

Way over priced. Could not provide flooring samples requested and was to understaffed to take or return phone calls. Was more than a month out on install dates and never followed up after sending out the estimate.

Knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
