Absolutely awful. I tried booking tables and chairs for a birthday party about a month in advance. When I put in the inquiry through the website, no one got back to me, so I emailed them directly about a week later. They sent me an invoice for the stuff and told me it would be delivered. Then, the week before the party, I emailed them again to see if I could add another table to the list. I didnt hear anything back. Then, on the day of the party, nothing was delivered, and since it was a Sunday and they dont have Sunday hours, I had no way to contact anyone about it. I emailed them the next day to make sure theyre not going to charge my card, and they havent answered me. Such awful customer service.

Rented a tent, linens, and chairs for my wedding. Delivered and pickup up without a problem. Professional and reasonably priced. Well done!

I just had the service manager try to scam me for $579 in supposed damage to an excavator that I rented from them over a month and a half ago. He called me up and said hey there was some engine damage to the machine and I said really if theres any damage Ill gladly accept responsibility where was it fixed he said bobcat in Chichester and I said well great I want to see an invoice he questioned me and said what do you think Im lying to you and I said no but I would like to see some documentation he said well I dont have any and Im going to run it on your card right now. I saw the charge come through and I was able to lock my card before it went in. In the meantime I called Bobcat of Chichester and spoke with a service manager and he said he has no documentation of that machine even coming in since it was bought new. Do not do business with these scam artist

Not only there prices are high but there tools are cheep too, I rented a truck with backhoe to dig a hole for gas tank, the tractor was only 20 hp with no power to lift a 10 lb the diesel had water in it that made the tractor keeps stalling, and the charged me $ 100 delivery for two and half miles.I will never ever go there again

They were able to rent me a tent last minute for my wedding when our original purchased tent from online collapsed and broke. They saved the day:)

We had a wedding on July 15, 2017 at the campground we are seasonal campers at. We ordered table chairs and a popcorn machine. Well the popcorn machine did not work. Several qualified people at the wedding looked at the machine and said there was a wiring issue and it kept tripping the breakers. called taylor rental they said it was my issue and wouldnt refund me. Well would you rather a poor rating and alot of bad reviews or refund the bride and grown their money? Really poor poor poor customer service!!

Staff members were very helpful and friendly.

Wood chipper got clogged with chips and they expected us to clean it out or drive 2 hrs back to get another one. We are renting by the hour. Dont want to pay for travel time being that we had already spent 2 hours trying to unclog the shoot. Was not good business practice. They could have brought us another one and taken this one or offered us a half day rental free for our hassle and time
