Employees are helpful and friendly. Prices and selection are actually quite reasonable. I bought a shovel with a fiberglass handle for $13.99 and a large bag of Miracle Gro potting soil for $6.89. I will definitely shop here again.

I WENT INTO STORE TO EXCHANGE A GARDEN HOSE HAND SPRINKLER THAT I BOUGHT SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT HAD A LIFE TIME WARRENTY.I STILL HAND THE ORIGNAL PACKAGE. STATING THE WARENTY. EXCHANGE REFUSE BY THE MANAGER STATING THAT IT WAS TOO OLD. I BELIEVE THAT THE PART WAS NO OLDER THAN 8 YEARS. I CONTACTED ACE CORPORATE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PART HAD A LIFETIME WARRENTY. THE NOZZLE WAS PROBABLY A TEN DOLLAR ITEM. DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL.

I was not only compelled to write this review, but I also called and spoke to a manager. After running back and forth between here and HD, it was clear that the consultants - yes thats what they are - care about their products and the customers they help. When you enter you are asked if you need help, and can move forward with asking for advice as needed. Other bigger stores dont even come close to this, the choice should be clear support local smaller businesses that care.

Came here looking for some very specific items to make a wooden clock. Had someone help me through my list, which involved several different departments. They were so very helpful. Would definitely come here again!

I have always loved this local hardware store; but this week the new owner went above and beyond to help me find almost all sold-out breathing masks before I returned home to Napa, where we are having the worst wildfire in history. An amazing little store that will save you many trips to big box stores and get you just the items you were looking for, no more. Staff is terrific and Belmont is very lucky to have this store.

Nice little place to get single pieces of hardware after the world took Osh away from us. Bought a bunch of screws and nuts for a 3D printed project or two. Generally a good place.

So nice to have ACE nearby! Doesnt have everything but carries most of what we need and we dont have to deal with Home Depot. Easy to get someone to help at ACE and always a quick easy trip!

Small, but quite excellent store. Just went there to buy a drill bit and was willing to pay the $9 for it, but a gentleman working there pointed out that a higher quality set of 10 bits was marked down from $26 to $10. Done and done.
