My husband and I had a reiki session with Pavlina a few weeks ago and it was wonderful. Pavlina has a very warm, welcoming, positive, and healing aura, and this really helped us feel so for table and allowed us to enjoy the entire experience. The skills that Pavlina taught us before the session to help reframe our thoughts and think more positively are very effective and truly did make us feel more centered, calm, and generally more positive. Pavlina takes a general interest in getting to know you and helping you learn how your body responds to different triggers and how you can work on coping with negative thoughts and energies. I first attended a hypnotherapy session with Pavlina to work through my performance anxiety. It was my first hypnosis session ever, and I didnt know what to expect. But WOW, it was better than I imagined it would be! I used the skills she taught me IMMEDIATELY, and continue to use them throughout my work day.While I was there, I mentioned I wanted to give Reiki a try. She suggested Concentric Reiki for me personally. I cant even begin to tell you how good I felt afterward! I suffer from asthma-induced chest pain and I also keep my stress and past traumas in my chest and shoulders. Immediately after the session I could actually BREATHE without having chest pain! I could put my arms straight up over my head without pain! It felt like an elephant had been lifted off my chest.....Pavlina is a true healer. She listens intently, she is warm and kind and makes me feel comfortable even during difficult healing sessions. I feel safe speaking with her about personal issues. The techniques she has perfected are specially crafted to guide each participant to a place of healing with purpose and love. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I feel better and more capable on this new life journey after being a part of her hypnotherapy and reiki sessions, and I plan to return regularly. I am so happy I finally tried Reiki with a gifted healer like Pavlina! She instantly makes you feel comfortable and provides information on how Reiki works along with strategies to essentially reframe your way of thinking and be more present to allow your body to heal. I was open to the process as it was easy to trust her and feel her genuine interest in helping me throughout the session. I left optimistic, reflective, and grateful for the experience.

I recently tried Reiki for the first time and it was amazing. When I arrived for my appointment Pavlina was ready with hot tea and we sat and talked for several minutes about the practice and what to expect. She explained everything and encouraged any questions I had. Her space is lovely and relaxing and she is very easy to talk to. She led me through a relaxation exercise to begin and then a meditation/awakening process at end the session. When it was over I felt energized and ready to accomplish all of the things I had to do later in the day, my head was clear and my thoughts were focused. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of the session and am looking forward to returning. She is very dedicated to her practice and it shows!

This was my first experience with Reiki. I had always wanted to try it, and I’m so glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Pavlina exudes both peace & energy simultaneously. Pavlina is amazing!!!!! I had never tried Reiki, but heard about it from a friend. Pavlina helped me with my intense anxiety that I have been experiencing over the last 12 months. She is very skilled at her healing art. She creates a tranquil environment in her home, explains the healing art principals and has you lay down and relax with soothing music and candles. During the session, I had a sleep mask on, so I do not know exactly what she did, but I could feel her channeling the energy through my body. She did some light therapeutic touches, and periodically spoke softly, guiding my mind and body to a relaxed state. I think that the session lasted an hour, but Im not sure because I was in such a relaxed and meditative state after the session that I lost all track of time. After our session, she made me some herbal tea and took the time to teach me some techniques that I could use in my every day life, to help calm me when feelings of stress and anxiety start to creep back in. I am so happy that I went to see Pavlina. I highly recommend a Reiki session with Pavlina, if only to ground yourself and relax your mind. I will definitely go to her again.
