Let’s talk about service for a minute. These guys will bust theirs to serve yours, driving all over the place to pick you up and making sure you get the best deal possible.Also, they rent the Tesla model S which is a phenomenal vehicle to be able to drive as a rental, especially in the bay area!If you do have the means, I highly recommend that you get one. My car was stolen on a Thursday evening , needing to have transportation for the weekend I reserved a reservation with Enterprises Belmont CA location.I inquired about getting a ride from my location to the rental office. Gabe was more than happy to accommodate my request .This gentleman turned my complete day around. He was so helpful, professional and genuine in his concern my car would be recovered. . Highest praises for Gabe and his customer service expertise . What a pleasant experience .

Negative stars if possible. Reserve suv two weeks in advance and they say they have armada and qx80 for more money. I tell them I want the armada and they give me the expensive qx80 and its suddenly over 100 bucks more than my reservation said. So next um up in the mountains during a terrible storm and the suv with awd just slides off the road into a snow bank. It bent the rear axle and I was stuck stranded so I had to rotate the tires all the way home just to get the car returned because one tire was wearing unevenly. I spent 150 on extra damage insurance and they call me saying Im liable fir the damage because it went off the road. Well I didnt have much say because the car slid off and ended up off the roadway. They are trying to charge me 1500 dollars extra when I paid for insurance for this very scenario. Total jerks and Im contemplating suing them for harassment.

Don’t go here!!! I was sent to Enterprise through Geico after I was rear ended at a stop sign and my car was brought in for repairs. All I asked was for whatever rental car Geico covered, the reservation was through them so I had no idea on what specific pricing was or what car that qualifies, Im not the one working a rental car company. The manager Gabe came by and said that they should be able to cover a car similar to the one I had getting repaired and to call and ask my adjuster, I had to call twice because he then asked me to ask for a large vehicle. Again I have no access to the reservation so I have no idea what pricing changes are being made. Hes at the computer says everything went through and its all good. After an hour I finally get the rental car. The day Im turning in the car Gabe now gives me a call and says the cost of the rental car was 40 dollars a day and Geico is only covering 24 dollars, excuse me? This was never told to me when I spent an hour in the office trying to get the car and calling Geico to make sure it was covered. All I asked for was a car that was covered by Geico and not once was I told I was being given a car that wouldnt be. I was hit and should have no out of pocket expenses for that. If I was given a more expensive rental than I asked for and Geico specified than that is on them!

I traveled all the time for work (279k freq flyer miles in one year) Enterprise was my regular car rental outfit. Im retired now and still use them since I dont own a car. Best service. Generous upgrade policy and $13/day on weekends cant be beat.

I always use Enterprise because of all the rental companies I have used in the past it is the most reliable. Vehicle is always ready as promised, always clean, filled with fuel and does NOT smell like smoke. Staff is professional and friendly. Always excellent service!

I have rented from this location several times when I take long distance trip to Napa, Lake Tahoe, Monterey, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, etc., and each experience has been superb. The staff (which rotates often) provides prompt, attentive, professional service and the vehicles are well maintained and clean. The bottom line is that I always walk away feeling warm and fuzzy and I will continue to rent from this Enterprise location over and over again.

All the staff here at this Belmont location are extra friendly and helpful. I try to pick this location when they have available cars just because the folks are nice. The cars are pretty much the same across all Enterprise locations.

I rent vehicles approximately 5 to 6 weeks a year. This is my go to for rental cars in the area. I have a variety of different options I could go to in the area, but the staff are really what keep me coming back. The staff here genuinely care that you have a good experience renting with them. They are good people and a pleasure work with.

Up until now, I would have awarded this Enterprise location 5 stars. We have used them three times.This time, however, the bill we were charged was significantly different from the agreement we made online and when picking up the car. I phoned after comparing the prices, and they agreed to reimburse me and phone back to confirm. They didnt. I phoned back the next day and was told the discrepancy was due to automatic updates of prices (?), and to look for the reimbursement in my credit card account a couple of weeks from now because holidays mean their billing office will be swamped.If this is correct, and you use Enterprise at any location, be sure to compare your bill with your initial agreement to pay.Otherwise, the location is friendly and efficient. I hope central control solves this problem, since it could result in LOTS of over-charging.

Horrible experience the entire way through. Had a reservation to pick up a car on Friday, get there and there are no cars or reservations. The next available car was days later , then on top of that they charged an extra $100 for gas that was not used. Truly feel scammed.

I advise everyone to be careful when renting a car. I rented a car for 6 days, drove it no more than 60 miles, when I returned it, it was a drama for me. They tried to find something so they will charge be for damage. I was surprised & mad when the first thing they did, looked under the front car, they said it has a dent. No one drove this car only me, I did not hit. Nor anyone hit me. So when renting, you should video the car in & out. Or they try to blame you for something.

I rent a car via my workplace almost every week at the Enterprise car rental in Harbor Blvd in Belmont,CA. No doubt, the staff has been very friendly and accommodating all the time. I commend their professionalism and their desire to extend the best customer service to their clients. Unfortunately I could not say the same with their roadside assistance. Last Friday, I rented a car and we were on our way to Graton Casino to unwind and enjoy a Friday evening. Our car suddenly had the engine light on and all the lights in the dashboard disappeared. We were able to park the car in the casino parking lot and then we called roadside assistance. I spoke to Patricia, she informed me that most of the Enterprise offices in the area were closed (it was about 9:30pm) and the nearest one we can go to is Sta. Rosa airport. We risked ourselves going there, it was about 15 miles away in an area we are not familiar with. Still we went to the airport as directed by Patricia only to find out that there was no replacement car available and they did not receive any notice from Patricia--a call or email. We couldnt go home because it was about 2 hrs drive. We were not confident enough to drive the car, 2 hrs away and it was night time with no lights in the dashboard. We called again and a male agent answered. He was rude, unfriendly, sarcastic and no help at all. We asked several times what his name was and he wouldnt give it. He has no customer service skills at all. He told us to do whatever we want and hang up the phone. By then, we were aggravated, we went back to the casino where we felt it was safer and to make matters worst, the casino hotel was fully booked and we could not get a room. We had no choice but to stay there till sunlight came. We left the place at 6:30am so tired and mad about the whole situation. We drove back to Belmont when the local Enterprise office opened at 9am. We met Rodney and another female agent, they were gracious enough to exchange the car. We told them that we had the worst experience with their roadside assistance. Being a loyal customer, I expect better service. I hope they would train their other agents on how to handle distressed customers like us. I hope one of your corporate representatives would get back to me on this issue--yes, I am very upset on how it was handled!

You can rent the car the night before your trip and it doesnt count as an extra day like most car rental places do (especially the ones at the airport). Friendly staff they always give us free upgrades and for a small lot of cars they seem to have a nice selection to pick from (also nice that they give you the choice instead of just giving you any car).

I have been an Enterprise customer for many years (12+). The staff was very courteous an tried to be helplfu.. I was given a 20`18 model Toyota Corolla with many features but only a cursory explanation on how to use some of them, especiall how to pair my smart pohone with the cars system. I even returned to the rental location for further intruction on pairing my phone with the cars system but whatever the agent did, didn;t work. I returned the car two days early and rented from another agency,

Depending on when you go in there expect some delays, we went there on a Saturday and they were really understaffed, otherwise they are really friendly and the car are often exotic when compared to other rent-a-car companies.
