Back in the spring I was in a terrible situation where my investment property was completely destroyed in a catastrophic fire. I was working with my insurance and needed tax advice. I reached out to town CPA because they are in my neighborhood. First they told me they only provide advice to current customers. After I promised if I am happy with the service they provide, I will use them to do my taxes for this complicated year and going forward, I had an e-mail from Nune asking for more information, which I provided, then I never heard back.
