I am a local contractor who needed new windows and doors for a project. The man who helped me was Harry and I think he is in the wrong profession. Absolutely no personality and didn’t offer any knowledge on the windows and doors I was ordering. I had a $17k order, WindowRama was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes I got but I decided to use a competitor even for a few hundred dollars more simply because of the professionalism and quality of service.

My wife and I came into this store today and the gentleman working behind the desk was disinterested, inattentive and unhelpful. It almost felt as if we were an inconvenience to him with our questions. We were absolutely dumfounded at the lack of customer service. Quite frankly, I am shocked this store is in business with customer service like this. We have a major need for doors and windows at our house and this store is a block away from us. We wanted to give them our business and buy local. We are now going elsewhere.

Bought 2 windows from them. One of the windows was ordered wrong. Had to install and buy paint for window, (supposed to be finished inside)or have pregnant wife drive 45 min to exchange for right window without refunding delivery fee or any other discount for their mistake. Poor Customer Service and wouldn’t recommend!

I was hesitant on visiting this Windowrama location. Upon seeing the negative reviews, I was thinking about going to a location much further away. I was in the neighborhood on Saturday and I decided to visit the store anyways. Upon walking in, I was warmly welcomed by David Lieberman, the store manager, he was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. I had asked for several quotes for a job our company is working on and he graciously provided several quotes with ease and continued friendliness. I came back on Monday and purchased two doors. The whole process was quick and easy. David answered all questions I had regarding shipping and how/where to pick up the merchandise. I am uncertain why there are so many negative reviews. As a contractor, I was very happy with my experience and plan to come back to this location for all future job needs. If you are looking to order windows and/or doors, come here and ask for David. You wont regret it.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at this store. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Harry the showroom manager and was shown different options for exterior doors. Harry was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and was able to get a custom Thermatru door ordered in less than 30 minutes that blew away the quotes I was getting from the big box stores. I havent received the door yet but if it is anything like the customer service I received Im sure it will be nothing less than spectacular!

My husband went there to see the products in the showroom. The sales rep there as i quote my husband was a Stone wall. My husband would ask a question and he would perhaps answer a question. No info provided to my husband as we are looking for options for our new patio door. My husband said the sale rep didnt even look at him when he talked with him, only starring at the computer or answering calls. And my husband was the only customer there. He left and obviously due to that experience they lost a customer.
