Service at this AT&T store was exceptional! No gimmics, sales pitches. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great details. We got amazing deals on 3 new phones, they were honest and even followed up later that evening to make sure I was happy with the phones and service! I highly recommend this store!

Razi the owner made the decision to switch to ATT a no brainer. He saved us a ton money and I was able to trade in 5 IPhone X for the IPhone12 Verizon was ridiculously expensive, wanted me to fix a few of my screens before trade in and didn’t give me the same value Razi at ATT offered for my phones. Additionally Verizon wanted to charge me activation fees for each phone. Razi stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and even months later assisted me with billing issues that occurred. I referred another family who were very happy with their experience as well.

I went to the AT&T store on Jerusalem ave in Bellmore I was early , the owner let me in. He was so kind , professional and efficient. He instantly saved me money, reviewed my account , and helped me set up and purchase my new phone . I live in sayville but, I will make the trip to Bellmore to deal with this store and the amazing owner I highly recommend this store

I would like to personally share my experience I recently had at this location as it being by far the best AT&T customer service I ever experienced. I have been a AT&T customer for almost 20 years the customer service and professionalism is super. I dealt directly with the owner Razi who was able to guide me in the best affordable plan and was Able to accomodate my expectations when originally I had been misinformed. He is trustworthy not to mention good working staff and support. I highly recommend this place - anyone is willing and capable Of helping you and willDeliver the best that you can expect. Came in to this store to change from T-Mobile to ATT, I was offered a better deal than T-mobile and it was a no brainer. Jessica and the other staff treated me with respect and they were on top of everything and were very helpful. They explain everything clearly so there isn’t any confusion.
