I had recently purchased a home in Seaford from Jackie. We are first home buyers and had no idea what to expect. I couldn’t be more happy with her and 360 realty group. They walked me and wife through the process from start to finish . They were very knowledgeable and really knew all the area had to offer . We had moved from Brooklyn and didn’t know much about the area. Even after the closing the broker Raymond had called us to congratulate us. I would recommend them to any first time home buyer looking to buy a home.Anthony

Soooooooooooo.On a positive note I have the house in a area we wanted to be in.... House was on market for 1 day.... we made a offer on the home that was accepted... after that we did find numerous problems that we asked them to fix prior to moving in. They agreed to fix the sump pump, sink and few other items...They did not fix any .....The remodeling of this home by the contractor was for the cosmetic look ......from wood floors to, to tile that wasn’t grouted correctly to them drilling and cutting a load baring beam... I truly can go on..... After just 5 days in the hone the current cost is at 37k in renovations of stuff the so called contractor did.... ladies and gents. Run run run run from a 360 reality home..... Don’t end up like me asking for help and being denied hep because I’m aggressive for asking a question god forbid!!!! Happy hunting stay away from 360!!!!!!

I contacted the 360 realty group requesting information about a property for sale. The next day I called again as I never received a return call from the agent. Chris Hanson was the relator I spoke to. I inquired about the property, he said he had two bids and would try to get an appointment to see it. I asked if he had a signed contract. He told me I dont Listen ! . I than asked as a prosepctive buyer, where his courtesy is ? He told me He could care less !! I said I would register a complaint, and his response was to say fine, Ill give you the telephone # . This person is employed in a position that involves people skills. If this is reflective of 360 Realty Group, I would warn you to stay away !!!!!Chris Hanson was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and as unprofesional as they come !!!** Side point, the house is empty / short sale, with a lock box on it. So clearly an appointment isnt needed with anyone as he claimed !! Also to find out there are no listed offers/bids on this property, as he said. This info. was given to me by their office when I called to get owners name. So he is also a liar !!!
