I will tell you, I have been to many phone repair shops and I oftentimes leave dissatisfied because most of these phone repair places put a Band-Aid on the problem rather than truly fixing it.Someone recommended I go to iProdigy so I figured I would give it a try.I must say, I brought my iPhone XS Max there and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I first brought it there because the microphone wasnt working correctly. He looked at the phone and said he could repair it-I knew was broken beyond just blowing some compressed air in there, and my phone was also a mess because it had a cracked back and front screen as well.Because I was curious, I asked him how much it would be to fix that also. He told me since I was there and paying for the microphone being fixed, he would also work on the entire phone and he gave me a price that was very reasonable for all repairs which I agreed to. But since I have had cracked screens fixed before by other shops, they are never quite the same as new, and sometimes terrible.When I came back for my phone later that afternoon, I truly thought he mixed up my phone with a brand-new one! Every portion of that phone looked brand-new, I mean the screen, and he also put on a new screensaver, even fixed the front and back which was cracked and it could not be told apart from new.And then seeing I am quite rough on my phones, he recommended an Otterbox case and gave me a great deal on that also.When I walked out of his shop, that phone was no different than when I got it brand-new-and thats no exaggeration.So I thought I had a phone that was ready for the junk pile and was looking at spending well over $1000 to get a new one, and I walked out of his place for a fraction of that price with a phone that not only worked perfectly, but looked brand-new as well.Not only that, the person I worked with, named Bobby, was a great guy, explained everything before he did it-and was truly a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend this place-way above any other electronic repair shop I ever went to.

The company was to install a new 1 tigabyte ssd drive since my computer was not working properly.A repairman came in and told me they could not guarantee the transfer of all files . We were given the opportunity to put a new ssd drive in which I agreed to. Now speaking to the owner I was told that all we wanted was for the computer to work . His idea of working was to re format my hard drive and put it back into my computer. We were not called nor asked if this was ok ,he felt he was saving us moneyThis was not in compliance with what I wanted done . I now have a computer not performing with my software.A very upset and disappointed customer.I don’t understand how you an say you did what you were supposed to, since the new ssd drive was never installed. Reformatting a drive is not the same as installing a new one .We were misled. Sorry I can’t agree with your comments.

This was a terrible experience. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TWO FACED. WOULDNT TRUST THEM NOW TO CHANGE A WATCH BATTERY!! HOPE YOU NEVER GO THERE! The only reason I went was because they offered me a loaner phone. Turns out loaner phone was a piece of garbage iPhone 5. The loaner wouldnt hold a charge and thus I had no phone for entire week while getting fixed. I asked for some kind of recompense and was told there could be none. Tried to give me some jive about already getting a discounted price, but I had called around and the price I paid was actually a little more than others quoted. VERY UNHAPPY!!! After all that when I get the phone back it has been DAMAGED during the repair, there are SCRATCHES AND MARKS, apparently where they clumsily opened the phone.

My Windows login was corrupted due to a virus of some sort, even though I have a paid antivirus. I found iProdigy in a search because they had a high rating. I am happy to say that I learned why they are so great from my initial phone inquiry. When I called, I spoke to a gentleman named Alex. He was very polite and knew exactly what the problem was right away. He was able to save ALL of my data and reinstall Win 10 without having to wipe my hard drive. This is priceless to me because I would have spent several days reinstalling all of my programs.Mind you, I tried calling Staples and a few other places. They would not give me any information as far as whether or not they could even repair this much less the cost for doing so. iProdigy does not charge for their diagnostics. Staples and several other places do.I would also like to mention the rest of the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Fiscer and Matt are fabulous! Matt even carried my computer to my car and was so incredibly nice.I like the fact that I could trust this company with my private data. So many people are reliant upon their computers to do everything from paying bills to work related data. It is important to protect this information. I know that the team at iProdigy is trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely bring any computer, laptop or cell phone related issues to them in the future.

The guys were great. Went with a cracked screen on the iPhone 7plus. They replaced it in less than 1hr and the phone looks good as new. Reasonable priced, fast and professional. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully won’t need to - lol).
