The owner/operator Louis is a pleasure to deal with and goes over and beyond, from his well mannered soft spoken voice on the phone to his accommodations and follow through.We used simple Transportation last Sat August 25 to attend a wedding in Brooklyn traveling from Long Island.We spoke with Louis a few weeks ago trying to get a limo bus, he did not have for that day but went out of his way to try and make it happen by offering other options. Unfortunately, at that time we didnt book as to many people traveling each wanting something different so each family decided to drive in.The night before we decide that we didnt want to drive and tried to scramble to find something. I called Louis who did everything he could to make it happen.We had a brand new SUV, and a very polite, courteous, respectful driver Alex show up the next day.Louis confirmed that morning with Alex information license plate number etc. His follow through was excellent. We hope to use Louis and Simple Transportation and Alex for all our adventures and memory making dates.

We used Louis round trip to JFK. He was very professional. Price affordable compare to other companies in the neighborhood. Our flight was delayed more than an hour…Louis waited for us without any issues. Definitely recommend him to anyone in need of transportation especially to airports. Thank you Louis! We will always called you for our future trips.

He’ll get angry if your flight is delayed and then double charge you as if it’s your fault. Pro Tip: always get a price in advance from this guy he’s sneaky and has a bad temper or just use Uber. Your call
