A number of things have impressed me since switching to AllState. I was rear ended a number of months ago; the first estimate to repair the car seemed quite low, so they sent a different adjuster to review the initial estimate. Indeed, upon review they doubled the estimate and subsequently agreed (w no hesitation!) to settle the claim fro the increased amount.Two months later, I hit a deer w my brand new car! My claim was handled w total efficiency and graciousness.When the Coronavirus hit, they decided very early on, w/o any prompting, to provide rebates to customers for part of their liability, as so little driving was being done.This was certainly unexpected and the extra dollars were certainly helpful while being laid off! Kudos to AllState for their professionalism and thoughtfulness during a crisis!.
