Went to AutoZone this morning and the guy great customer service great helpful putting my battery in my truck no matter what I go to AutoZone for they always seem to put my bulb in for my lights at my windshield wipers and today they did my battery and I’m very grateful thank you

Waited for 20 min while workers just walked around. Finally we started to complain and they all of a sudden had time for us. To make things worse they didnt even have what I needed.

This AutoZone went above and beyond to help my son and I. The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable in what parts we needed and in fact, installed our car battery, three tail light bulbs and got our trunk to close for no extra charge. I highly recommend this establishment.

Store very unorganized, asked a employee where something was he pointed at a isle went where he pointed and couldnt find it. came back up and told him, he said guess we dont carry that, i asked if they could order it he just kept messing with his cell phone and said no we cant get that. went next door bought it, brought the employee the part number and found out they had it the whole time! wont be back!

I literally could cry at how amazing my customer experience was tonight. My suburban broke down in the parking lot. 1 year toddler fussing and I’m almost 40 weeks along. I ran into an angel who happened to be named Jesus. Crazy right?! He fixed my car in 40 degree weather. Forever grateful to be up and running to get home, 2 hours away. Thank you sir, you made the start to the holiday season amazing. Best worker from auto zone I’ve ever ran across. Selfless. So happy.

I was driving through town on my way back home to Fort Worth and stopped and Daniel was very helpful and courteous. Knew what battery I needed for my Jeep and even suggested one for me. Very professional and even changed out my battery for me.

Jennifer was EXTREMELY RUDE while talking over the phone. I called and asked if they had a part available which in return she told me no and I asked if it was possible to order online and she starts w an attitude telling me why she can’t, then i brought up about how online is says you can order. Then she begins to be sarcastic w me telling me to order it anyway, even though it couldn’t be. Very rude and unprofessional, will not be returning my business there nor will I EVER recommend

Jesus is a very good fast worker . Went it when it was real busy and his co worker was outside doing a battery change. Phones ringing and a line of 4 but thaf didnt stop him from checking out a person and at the same time getting the next person in line started and still answering phones . Good job !

I live across town, but I am big on customer service and expertise. I call up AC in Bellmead and I am always taken care of. The construction will not run me off. I will be there when I can for that assured customer satisfaction and great deals.

I wanted to give Brenda Morales who work in the bellmead store props for her knowledge and her work ethics i was very impressed with her knowledge being that she sold me every correct part I needed for an old 84 chevy . I have to say she was professinally knowledgeable when it came to finding the parts I needed.Ive been to other autozones and have had to return stuff due them giving me the wrong parts But Brenda knows her job very well and knows about old vehicle parts cause i didnt have to return a single part back to autozone . You men need to take lessons from her. I will definitely be returning back to that auto zone in the future to Brenda for her kindess and professionalism.

Might as well show up instead of calling they wont answer or they will forget you on hold. I sat in the parking lot could clearly see they didnt have but one person inside they where helping the other employee stood by the phone and as soon. As he answered can you hold boom. On hold for 20 min until I called another store.

I went in for fuses and had no idea what I was looking for & Brandon (an employee) was very helpful, he stopped doing his work outside & helped me figure out what fuse I needed and went inside to get them for me. I really appreciated it.

Autozone in Bellmead always has what you need and will get you what you need if they don’t have. They have excellent customers and get parts to chose from. And there is always someone there to help you with your every day need. Go Team!

Terrible store !! The manager that calls herself ‘Awesome Ashley’ is anything but that. She tried to tell us we didn’t know what we were talking about. And when we showed her we did, she dismissed it and said, well, there’s nothing I can do about that. Excuse me, WHAT?? I work in customer service and this definitely was TERRIBLE customer service. Awesome Ashley is anything BUT awesome!! Will never go to that location ever again!!

Passing through on my way to San Antonio from Dallas, needed some plastic ties for my bumper. Usually I hate going into AutoZone for anything because the workers seem preoccupied, but here I was treated like I was welcomed and provided awesome customer service.

Costumer service is great

Went in right before closing. Had visited two other locations the same day and was just stopping in to make a return (after being pressured to buy a product at another location that I could not really afford). Walked in and Calvin was beyond helpful. Not only did he process my refund but he asked why I had been denied help to install my headlight. He came out front with me, popped the hood, worked on the light.... come to find out I did not need to buy a new one, it just wasnt properly connected. I was so thankful and will definitely return to this location when I actually am in need of a product.

Bait and switch. Found a part online for $13.99 and it showed to be in stock in Bellmead. When I got there the employee said it was $58. I said no the $13 one. He said We dont have one for $13. I said Its not listed? He said no. I said Do you have wifi? He said no. He acted unconcerned and close to rude. I left, downloaded the page, bought the part at OReillys Auto Parts next door (using Autozones part number) and returned to Autozone. The manager was more understanding and apologetic. The employee cloud have solved the problem by looking it up on his phone, but he didnt care to bother.

Rosendo, the store manager, was AWESOME! I was passing through town when I broke down. I was really stuck. The people at AutoZone in Bellmead bent over backwards to help me when they didnt have to. I cant say enough good things about AutoZone in Bellmead.
