This guy is rude in only picks n choose what he wants to help with he doesnt like doing wifi boxs so he takes money in dosent provide me with services that i asked for either a new wifi box are a refund he did neither argued on phone with me not fixing my issue in wifi was for my daughters i dont use much

Hands down the best boost mobile store Ive been to. I will NEVER go to another boost mobile for any type of service. Carlos is the best at what he do. He helped me out alot and was very nice. He went above and beyond for me and even helped me out due to some troubles I had in the past. Thanks Carlos your the best 💪🏾

I was having trouble with service last week so your in-store guy switched me from t mobile towers to boost just to see if it will help it made it worse i told him i was going to upgrade in a week or so i had my phone for 270ish days so i was due for the 180 day upgrade he didnt tell me that when he switched towers it restarted my 180 count so when i went to upgrade today i cant id have to pay full price and theres nuthin yall can do about it so screw yall im switching to cricket or anyone else

They didnt have any accessories that i was looking for and when I complained about the speed of the network he asked me to show him and when I did it was slow and he said it looks very fast to him.

Very friendly worked with me on any deal he could. Fast and very well at molty tasking

Have very good deals with 5 lines for $100. Also only have to pay the activation fee if you switch. Which means the phones are free or close to it.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars! After having a rough week and no phone i bought a go phone at walmart unable to get it to activate. I went into boost mobile for assistance and carlos the store owner went above and beyond to help me. Not only was he able to help me activate it, he went as far as helping me put minites in and told me the new phone number. I cannot thank carlos enough. Because of carlos i am able to call the hospital my husband is at for updates. I dont know if you can read this carlos but i want to tell you again thank you!!

Great service. Went out of the way to help me get a new phone.

Pros: they are speedy in setting you up a new phone, and honest about which phones they feel work good and which ones don’t. Their hours are also good, and the store is nice.Cons: The guy assisting me basically said “pick a phone, here’s a list showing price, I wouldn’t get these two, and it’s $50 a month.” He didn’t go into detail about how to pay the monthly bill, he didn’t bother to check how service looks like in my area, etc. So I asked some questions and received half-sentence responses. When my phone was set up he didn’t ask if I had any more questions and he walked off to the back. He was just very non-engaging.As far as service is concerned, it’s nowhere near as good as Verizon but I expected that. I can receive clear calls and texts right away, but if I want to listen to music etc, I have to go outside or use my WiFi. I would use my WiFi anyway so that’s not a big deal but I’d like to be able to get on YouTube without having to use WiFi because my router sometimes messes up and goes out and I don’t like having to go to the other room to unplug it just so it will work. I know that sounds silly but I suffer chronic pain and in the mornings it’s hard for me to get up. But that’s not a huge deal as I live in the country unfortunately and this house is well insulated. So I’ll give them 3 stars!

Was in desperate need of switching companies that would keep our same phone number.... we had 2lines at T-Mobile and paying off devices since August 2017 and our monthly bill was $176 a month. Considering other Bills have popped up since then we needed lower payments Boost switched us for our 2lines and keep same phone number now our bill will be $94 a month thats insurance included

AFTER 5 MONTHS STILL CANNOT GET ANY RESPONSE ON RESOLVING A PROBLEM. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BOOST. WERE FIXING TO SWITCH CARRIERS!!!!!!
