Moved from out of state, hoping this would be my new provider.Unfortunately they are trying to upcharge me that is completely unnecessary. After confirming with my old ortho, they said I should find someone else.This place lacks severely in clear cut communication and keeping organized files when you request to have them, too. They continued to ask me for details which they should have already on file from the transfer of my records, just a nightmare. Have to do everything myself to get anything done here.Just a headache and an annoyance. Don’t bother. I’ll be taking my oral health to an ortho that cares and is reasonable.

Friendly staff, clean facility, reasonable prices. They got me in within a reasonable amount of time. The x-rays, consult & cleaning were good. I appreciated that they discussed what to expect price-wise before any work was started, & no one tried to up-sell any products.

Working in healthcare at this time our schedules are insanity. Lucy was very sweet when answering the phone and even though their schedule was full she made sure to fit me in. From the time I walked them the door the staff all smiled, they are friendly and very efficient. And might I mention super fast pace as well. Prices are beyond affordable❤️‼️

Came here back in April to get my wisdom tooth pulled. I forgot what doc it was that pulled my tooth. My daughter was referred here by her dentist for her wisdom teeth. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and helpful. The dentist was very kind and educational. The wait was about 15 minutes but we were considered a new patient and I arrived about 7 minutes early. Our appointment was at 4 and we were in the back by 4:15 and out the door by 4:30. They looked at her wisdom teeth and will call me back once they get a plan for procedure and speak to her insurance. I will update once I hear back from the staff about moving forward.

This office is clean and inviting. The staff is super friendly and comforting for people who have anxiety at the dentist. Came in with a lot of pain and left fixed. Their prices are super affordable, much better than some offices I have been to in the area!Edit- came in for a root canal and finally found a dentist that will give enough novocaine and make sure I’m numb before doing any drilling!!Makes me want to come and take care of my teeth better!

I love this place! I went to get my braces here and the staff was very funny and made me feel comfortable. Ashley was my favorite and was very nice to both me and my friend!

As someone who really, really, really doesnt like going to the dentist, I have to say I dislike going to Fusion more than most. :)Dr. B and Dr. Chaney are great. My appts usually are on time, they bill my insurance accurately, and always do their best to get me in quickly if Im having an issue. Ive gotten 2 same day root canals at Fusion. Try doing that with most dentists.

When I was young I had some negative experiences with dentists and usually dread going or even making an appointment. The staff at Fusion Dental are WONDERFUL when it comes to customer service, making sure all insurance questions are answered, helping you understand all of your options, and making you feel like you are the most important person when you walk through the door. They have helped me change my perception of dentists and are replacing my horrible past experiences with great present and future ones. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Today I brought my four year old in, Holden for his 6 mo check-up, X-rays and cleaning and he was on edge this visit! As soon as Dr. B and Dr. Chaney came in he froze and his eyes widened after repeatedly vocalizing, “Momma, I didn’t want you to take me here!” He was in a slight amount of tears but managed to break a smirk as the staff tried to get him to relax. Dr. B sat down and talked with him gently about how soft it would feel to have his teeth brushed and he was able to get into his mouth and brush them. I gave him the okay as we held him down gently to use the utensil that Dr. B told Holden he would tickle his teeth with special cherry toothpaste and I suggested he show Holden his light he wore and just like that Holden handled an anxiety inducing situation with utter calmness!He came out exclaiming, “Momma aren’t you so proud I did it!” I said, “Yes I am sweetheart!” He then ran with excitement to get his promised toy from Dr.B from the machine with a cheesy grin.Thank you Fusion Dental for always making him feel at ease no matter what mood he may be in. Whether Holden has seen Dr. Chaney or Dr. B I trust them with Holden’s dental care. They rock!! I believe their personalities put these kids at ease and the staff here are truly friendly and create an inviting atmosphere. Although Holden has been here countless times today he was feeling a bit timid and scared but we’re leaving with smiles!! And for that I strongly recommend Fusion Dental for your dental needs. Expect nothing less than feeling at ease in their hands.

To be frank, I am not a huge fan of the dentist and gives me a little anxiety. Dr. B was aware of this and did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable and relaxed during my visit. He and his staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Fusion dental 100 times over again!

First impression is everything. my impression was that there were 20 dental assists with nothing to do. also not one of them that I came into contact with introduced themselves or even took the time to acknowledge me. they were too in a hurry to do nothing I guess. the process seemed routine and less personable. The girl that took my x rays pretty much put this thing in my mouth and through vest on me literally was like 2 minutes. no explanation or anything. the hygienist said hi cherry or mint. cherry or mint what??? didnt even tell me her name or her title. I just assumed who she was because of her fancy glasses. nonetheless I will not be going back for any dental work. I felt less like a patient and more like burden.

I’ve been to lots of dentists due to multiple moves and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr Ezra B. is knowledgeable and confident in what he does, while also taking the time to explain everything to you and give you the information needed to make decisions regarding your health. The staff works well and are always happy. It has always been quick and easy to get in and taken care of.

The staff is great and the dentists are great. Everyone was really nice with my daughter who was a bit nervous about fillings. The Dr. explained everything he was doing and she did great! They worked with me on our insurance and I couldnt be more thankful. Highly recommend this office!

This was my oldest daughters first appointment here with the orthodontist and we had a great experience. He was great with her and made her feel really comfortable. This dental office is amazing, the dentists are very kind and understanding, the assistants and reception are focused and hard working. Despite the dental issues I had and inevitable embarrassment I was expecting; I felt very comfortable and welcome. The dentist I got was very understanding and gave no judgement towards the work I needed. I have been to many offices in the past, I have bad experiences and most were a nightmare. Coming into this office was refreshing and new. Everyone is so polite and caring, the atmosphere is so open, they relate to their patients and anyone else coming in. While in town for the weekend I broke a tooth. I googled emergency dental in Waco and that resulted in a very misleading promise from one of the emergency walk in clinics. . I was google searching for a Saturday dentist and found Fusion.
