The drivers were ok and did the right thing. My problem is that I paid the bill by credit card. The real problem is that they will NOT produce a receipt for it. Now they won’t answer the phone to talk to me. Just a little strange

Amstar will verify that they are going to pick you up, but they do NOT!! Not only do they NOT show, they cannot be bothered to notify you that they decided NOT to even come. I only put one star because it is the least allowed.I try to support local businesses but they make it impossible. Save yourself the hassle.

AMSTAR is an EXCEPTIONALLY well-run operation! We were so very pleased and appreciative of how my father was treated . He is wheelchair-bound, his room is on the 2nd floor and is heavier (around 235). AMSTAR sent ample staff, equipment and vehicles so they were prepared for whatever it took to get him to his appointment ON TIME, and on time he was! Really, everyone was so nice, right down to the call I made to set up the transport. Thanks again - I absolutely recommend AMSTAR Transportation!!
