Just moved out of these apartments I was only there for a year and could not wait until my lease was up. First the hot water lasts no longer then 3-5 minutes if that. Ive had to cut the water off while washing my hair. When mentioned to the office we all share a boiler in each building. The thermostat in your apartment doesnt even work properly. Temp would be all the way up and youll still be freezing not cool for the kids. Ive had to call about it multiple times. And even had to turn my oven on and leave the door open. Next, they have roaches they do come out and put they gel on the cabinet doors but that does nothing but dry up and sit there. Anything you need they take forever to fix. There is now new management and they have put new mailboxes outside thank God because my mail was constantly being stolen and id hate to see anyone elses being taken. Walls are very thin you hear everything thats going on! Lastly beware of Bellmawr cops who constantly harass you once they find out you live in East browning because of the rep those apartments have. Its like these apartments are cursed ever since the girl killed her 11 month old son in these apartments. Oh and one more thing do NOT wash clothes here its so many roaches down there and roaches will end up in the washer with your clothes. Your better off washing at a laundry matt. Take my review into consideration you can go find something better and worth your money this place is just horrible. Glad i moved out. Good luck

Old refurbished. Water doesnt stay hot. Walls not sound proof. Mailbox has no locks
