I think that they have caring staff and try very hard to do the best they can for everyone they serve in the community

Very rude on the phone and they didnt honor the notes that they had in our childs file. I cannot recommend.

This is a non-profit so it has its glitches with moving smoothly but the folks there try really hard. This is one of the only places locally that accepts Molina insurance for adolescence counseling. So thankful for this place!

Catholic community services is the worst place to go if you actually need help. My wife is in tears because Emelie sanabria the person who sets up bed dates has lied to her every time she has said she sent her assessment off to any of the treatments. Its been over a month and my wife is pregnant and still has not gotten a bed date. Emelie has hung up on her and lied to her multiple times because my wife called and was concerned why her assessment hasnt gotten sent and why she didnt mention any treatments besides sedrunar(which is not a program for pregnant woman with co-occurring illnesses)The only reason any paperwork got sent anywhere is when she called and demanded someone else (nicely) send it and then call to confirm they received it. Just today my wife received a call from the closest treatment (that she already talked to and heard as long as she gets her assessment in before someone else it would be June first bed date) that she doesnt have her assessment or pregnancy confirmation and now she may not be able to get her bed by June first. She called ccs and talked with Brady and simply asked if Emelie has sent it to evergreen (the closest to us) and if they have heard back from them yet approving it. He said no its still in review (reading that from emelies notes I guess) even though it had never been sent. She nicely let him know thats a lie and asked if he could send it right now. He said he would, but who knows with that horrible place. Emelie is rude, spiteful and just plain evil if you ask me. She has hindered my wifes journey to sobriety by pretending she was handling it. My wife has had to do everything.

My grandchild goes to counseling there. They have very good friendly employees. This place helps a lot of people in the community.

A counseling center for low income. They work with children, up to at least 18 years old.

Lots of wonderful people work here helping lots of people.

Some of the councilors here are great...some...not so

They help out alot with alot of different things and I never seem to get any free laundry tickets as they go pretty fast after they start giving them out

Great help for families.

Almost destroyed my family. Took a lot of time to fix what their meddling screwed up. Horrible!

I had to fire Michael from the housing dept hes awful there were lots of things I didnt like so I fired him hes rude unprofessional I think he should be fired hes a he worse housing case manager Ive ever seen or had stay away from.him if you have him transfer to someone else have nice day
