Beautiful house, unfortunately its just a money grab. Advertised as a pet friendly house, paid an additional fee for the dog and then a $125 USD cleaning charge. Left the house in immaculate condition, reset everything, washed dishes, swept floors, etc. (despite the fact that I assume the $125 is so a cleaner can do this?) Barbara decided to not return the full $300 damage deposit because of dog hair, a broken plate and a missing glass- the plate and glass being things that we of course did not break or take. If you want to go on a vacation and do an inventory of items in the house before you stay, then this place is for you.Unfortunately it seems this business is run for the business and not the guest. I have stayed at many AirBnb properties as well as Homeaways and always have 5* reviews. If you do decide to stay, just assume you wont get your damage deposit back and they have already budgeted to keep it.
