This company sent me a mailer trying to make me think that my city was charging huge amounts of money for liens and violations. They are a scam company just trying to get you to sell them your property.

I received a call from this company saying they were interested in buying one of my properties in Queen Anne. After a few returned called back to them, spoke to someone who expressed interest in purchasing the real estate for $520,000 (Market Value is +/- $1M). Please be aware of predatory real estate buyers like these who take advantage of people who dont know what the real value of their property is. I have been in the commercial real estate business for nearly 20 years and invest in both commercial and residential real estate (flipped over 35 homes)... its an unethical practice what they are doing and please be aware they are trying to steal these properties at rock bottom prices. Its perfectly legal what they are doing but ethical, not so much. I dont sell houses myself, but if you have interest in selling, please call a professional that will protect your interest and get you the highest price.

AVOID. they send warning messages in the mail saying NOTICE: WEVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU; we urgently need to speak to you. We have a cash offer for your property that is waiting for your response. If we dont hear from you within 7 days your offer will be terminated.i hope its obvious that these warnings are fake and hyped up to sound like youre going to get in trouble with the authorities or something, but dont worry. dont call them, dont contact them, just ignore. look up their fake testimonials theyve posted on their facebook page; its so sad seeing these people being taken advantage of. they wont be doing business in a few years, i guarantee you.

My experience has been more than troublesome. They called interested in buying my house. Gave them all the info, went through the conversation. We will get you an email offer today. Next day a phone call going through the same screening questions?? No offer. When I reached out to them they said someone would call me in regards to a short sale. Nobody contacted me. When you call its always straight to voicemail. ALWAYS. The entire thing seemed like a scam from the get go. I wouldnt waste my time with them if you can avoid it.On a side note I also find it extremely odd that most of the people who left reviews also left 5 star reviews for another property management company in another state. I can see now through my own due diligence that this business practices a very shotty set of morals and guidelines.
