I wish I could give negative stars.I hadn’t read the reviews on this mediation before accepting it and I will never make that mistake again.I felt so attacked by this man and I told him so in the mediation. I said specifically “the way you are speaking to me is aggressive. I feel attacked.” And he “assured” me he wasn’t attacking me, but he definitely was.First, women, DO NOT ENTER THIS MANS OFFICE ALONE. EVER.Second, don’t see him in general. He caused so much more harm than any good. This was not a mediation session. He kept us in separate rooms and came to me saying all of my thoughts were crazy and then told me what we were going to do based on his “tons of experience”. Which ironically aligned perfectly with my plan. He obviously hadn’t even read what I was suggesting.I am a very strong person but this man brought me to tears. I will never, ever, ever, walk into his office again.Also, he over charged me and I was too shaken by the experience to realize it until I left. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sexist, degrading, insulting, and rude. Clearly had identified an agenda that cared nothing for true input or discussion from either party. Both parties felt equally insulted. Definitely a member of the good ol boys club. Absolutely NOT a fit for us. Even told me he “wouldn’t bother charging (me) because you won’t pay it anyway”, and that I am “a real piece of work”.... on my way out the door after asking him to keep the endless sexist comments out of it.

Ron Morgan was very aggressive toward me. He did no sort of mediating but instead, gave his very biased legal advice to the other party that was mediating with me. I had heard great reviews about how unbiased he was but he came at me full force when I had yet to say 2 words or even begin to do any mediating. The point of mediation is for two parties to explain their requests and begin to come to a happy middle yet he shut me down before I had a chance to speak. I ended up leaving the meeting in tears because of how attacked I felt. I would not recommend him at all.

Similar experience as the previous review. Mediator was extremely aggressive in his attempts to have me concede. Do not, do not, do NOT recommend.
