Weve been purchasing from Kay Jewlers since 2006, and my wife even before that. They have a great layaway plan and payment plans. They also have there own CC. Always very friendly. They have no problem cleaning our jewelry even if its thing we bought Delaware.

When it comes down to purchasing jewelry, particularly engagement and wedding rings, beautiful work is everywhere. Customer service played the part for us. Chelsea at Kay Jewelers at the Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham was completely amazing.... helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

I wish I could rate it no stars, I bought a ring and I made sure to ask if my finger would turn green and I was assured it wouldn’t.Day two, it’s turning green. Waste of time and money, I should have went else where. Thanks a lot.

Im really dissappointed and dissatisfied. After there cleaning machine knocked a diamond out. They wanted me to pay for the diamond. After I pressed that it was not my fault they took it so they could replace the side diamond. I got my ring back and my ring is totally different. Theres prongs on every diamond. Which took away the streamline brilliant look. They never asked me if they could could change my ring!!! They took it upon themselves to change my wedding ring and I cant stop staring at it. It looks dull and metally.Im so upset! And right after I picked it up another diamond fell out! They ruined my ring!!! Zero Stars!!!! Dont take anything here!!

Decent selection on watches however employees constantly push for you to apply for the Kay card even after stating youre not interested.

How can you tell a girl that a 5 gram 14k gold bracelet is worth 600.00 when there is maybe like 100 bucks in gold in it. Oh thats because you guys mark everything up a thousand percent . Over priced trinkets. Buy your jewelry from mom and pop shops guys.

Customer service is poor when bringing in your jewelry to have repaired and when you pickup.
