I wish I could rate my experience at Rainer Hearing above five stars! Amelia listened to my concerns about wearing hearing aids in my work environment (as well as finding the perfect color to go with my hair!) The evaluation was thorough and took my needs into consideration. She was very caring, professional, and took the time I needed to decide on the best hearing aids for me! An added bonus is the location is easy to find with a welcoming environment.

I hesitated going in for hearing aids. Im not that old, I told myself. When tested, I was told This isnt a close call. From that moment on, I was all in. My experiences at Rainier Hearing were exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowedgable, helpful, and affirming. I have had zero issues with my aids and love the quality of my hearing. I did a lot of research before I felt comfortable with the right place for my first time getting hearing aids; thank goodness I found Bellingham Hearing Center, and Ann, who is so good at zeroing in to exactly what my specific needs were. She is a great listener, (no pun intended), and really got into the fine tuning of my hearing aids. They are always available to answer any questions, and have made this very difficult decision a pretty easy one.Doug C.

My mother was nervous about getting hearing aids and had put it off for a number of years. With Anns expert help answering questions and explaining all aspects of the hearing aids and their use, my mother is now happy and adjusting well to having hearing aids.
