We feel we did not get proper representation by REMAX in Bellingham, WA based on how we were treated by our agent.- Our agent referred us to a home inspector who did not do a thorough inspection. We were told we could not be present for the home inspection due to COVID-19 rules.- Most issues that were identified by the home inspector, were never fixed by the seller.- Our agent did not follow through in verifying the repairs were made as we obviously noticed on the day we took possession of the home.- Her answer to any of the issues we found with the home was to either refer us to the home warranty included with the home sale or just ignore our emails. Most of the issues we found after taking possession were not covered by the 1 year home warranty. These issues include: chimney, wood burning stove, garage door, floor in bathroom, ventilation system clogged, rotted exterior siding.We took possession of the home in late June 2020. After repeated attempts to get results through our agent and getting no replies via email or telephone, we reached out via email on August 2020 to the managing broker / owner of REMAX Bellingham. It has been over a year and we still haven’t heard from this company.

Had to clean out some items at a house that Rachel Wilson was representing, and my associate and I received more help from her than I ever have from a homeowner/real-estate agent when cleaning out a home.
