Mr. Pronker with FrameStudio Engineering has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in creating the drawing set and dozen other associated documents/calculations required to permit our mother-in-law addition.In the brief occasion when we worked together on some of the finer drafting details in the office, it was clear that his proficiency with the CAD software is at a level that makes it appear as if it is an extension of his thought.He was an expert at navigating bureaucracy required to get permits approved and took our concept to reality. Contacted Luke to help design a building with an in-ground pool. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable of all the various impacts of installing solar on top of the structure as well as the in-ground pool.
