Kori was friendly and helpful explaining to me the job search resources they have and resume workshops. Thank you!
I was yelled at by a Worksource Coordinator, Carla Conforto. a few years ago for not being more proactive in my job search. I should have reported her to her supervisor She was unprofessional and abusive and totally disregarded my feelings. I will never accept that level of abuse again.
I was layed off in Feb 2020 and had the money needed within a few weeks. Walking into WorkSource uncertain of my future, not knowing at all what to do; the man who assisted me was incredibly patient and held my hand through a n hour of computer work and paperwork. The people who work here deserve respect and understanding especially during a situation such as COVID-19 seeing as there must be an incomparable surge of chaos. Cynthia was very helpful and a true pleasure during my phone interview/ course. I now have a steady job and during times of monetary stress its nice to know people are there to help. 5 stars all the way.
If youre homeless and trying to better yourself DO NOT GO HERE. They will laugh at you and tell you to go play a guitar at the street corner. These are there exact words.
This is a nice place. I do not recommend communicating with the staff. Sometimes, they do not seem to want to be bothered. Revelation 21 KJV
Worksource is a good tool to use be not to happy with the unemployment office is to be nice and easy to file a claim and get service now it’s gone down hill can’t get help filing a claim and it’s so hard to file a claim makes it almost not worth using my benefit. Not happy
Great employees and can really help you get a job
