Paul has assisted our family with 5 funerals over the last 30 years. He is always very professional, thorough and very compassionate. He set up both my father and brother’s funerals with full Military honors including a 21 gun salute that were very beautiful tributes to both of them. Paul’s attention to detail, knowledge of the business and willingness to go above and beyond has always put our family at ease that everything would be taken care of during a very difficult time.

When my mom passed in 1997, Jack Westford was an enormous help and comfort to my family. We lost my dad in May of 2016. Of course, we chose Westford Funeral Home and Cremation to take care of him. Rob and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect, that my dads wishes were followed, and comforted each and every one of us from the day my father passed. My family has used the services of the Westford family quite a few times. My personal experiences go back all the way to 1980. I have nothing but gratitude toward the Westfords and the services they provide. As an example, just this year, 2020, we needed to bury my sister and I noticed that the next generation of Westfords were involved and, just like in the past, everything was handled professionaly and with dignity. In fact, the many decisions that needed to be made were organized and presented calmly and with genuine care and friendliness. I find it difficult to sit through long periods of serious matters but at Westfords hours went by unnoticed as each issue was presented and resolved at my familys own pace. Our family has held funerals/end of life memorials at Westfords since the late 1950s! We are now on third and fourth generations. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Rob Westford is now the third generation owner. They are kind, efficient and thorough. They make you feel welcome and will guide you through the entire process with warmth and care. I love the warm environment and atmosphere and the beautiful stained glass windows. We just had my brothers memorial in February 2019 and it was lovely - the program and buffet were outstanding. Robs Grandpa, Johnny Westford, coordinated many funerals for our family including my dads in 2/1976; it was the largest funeral at the time. When my time comes, I hope they will be available to give me my send off too...Ill be in great hands!

Our family loves Westfords! It is the only funeral home we would ever consider. We have many, many funerals hosted by the Westfords over the years. They are kind and supportive over whatever possible last wishes you could want for your family members service (even if that means clown noses and carousel music). During the difficult time my family had to follow through with the arrangements my grandmother had with Westfords, they made it so easy to accommodate what wishes my grandmother had. We come from a cultural background and they without question worked with the wishes we had. My family has been going through Westfords funeral home and I will continue to do so.
