Extremely over priced, she tried charging me $16 to mail a USPS flat rate envelope that is $8 at USPS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Horrible customer service as well!!

Price GougingI was in the area and had a package I needed to mail, so I looked online for a place nearby to avoid an extra stop on my way home. Seemed to work out fine, until I got home and found they charged me $32 for something that would have cost $17 to ship out of the post office. I figured thered be some kind of surcharge for not being a regular post office, but not straight up double the normal cost.Moral of the story: Just go to the post office.

Theres rarely a wait, and when there is its not long at all. The woman who works here is always friendly, and has a cute, friendly dog at the post office as well. I go out of my way to go to this post office rather than the one closest to me because of how inviting it feels.

When I need to mail or ship something, this is where I go. The service is always amazing and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is typically a much shorter wait time as there is at the post office.

*Would recommend this to international students*+If you need to ship anything internationally, this is definitely a good option to make sure it safely arrives. You need not worry about packaging your shipment, bring it there and they will get the job done. It also works for postcards and letters.-Their fee can be expensive, so use them you really need a safe postage or reliable service.

I am very pleased with help provided by Rickie recently at Cordata Post & Parcel. She took her time answering all my questions and she is intelligent and pleasant as well. She helped me send a box of books by DHL overseas and the rate was decent. Their location is very convenient for me. I plan on doing all my overseas mailing thru them. Maria at the Cordata Post office was simply amazing! I recently had a shipment of day old chicks coming from Iowa, and Maria went above and beyond in her customer service. She was in contact with me personally the whole way through the very stressful process. Even in the off hours!I was high a maintenance customer who was scared all my little peepers were going to die on route, due to many snow storms. I will recommend this post office to anyone who is looking for excellent service and friendly reassuring staff. Maria, you are an example of how we should conduct ourselves as front end managers. Thank you is just not enough :-)

I came here to mail a couple of packages to some mid-western states. 5lb box came to $51! I told them the USPS price on their website was $17.95. The said that the site was wrong because my box was oversized. I said I entered the dimensions exactly. Drove another ten mins to the nearest post office and they charged me exactly $17.95. So I dont know what went wrong, but clearly there were mistakes made. Glad I did my homework first. I gave them two stars because at least they were really nice there.

The store owner was really friendly and helpful. This is the only place in the area where you can ship DHL. She helped us tape up the box a little better and helped us fill out the forms properly.Watch out for the parking in the area. There are some spots designated for her business, some designated for others in the mall, and unmarked ones for anybody.

Twice I have shown up to ship items, granted close to closing time; both times were closed prior to the posted times. Very frustrating..

Have used mailbox service for 3 years, and always great service. Several times, I was running late in traffic and called, they have always accommodated and waited for me.
