The staff here is very helpful and the product availability is good even still for computers.I consistently check prices elsewhere and they are always on par with this store. The location is great too! Right next to Goodwill and the Safeway complex.

We had our wedding invitations done here and they turned out amazing!!!! Such a relief after a frustrating experience elsewhere. Madison was so friendly and helpful.

This store took back an opened (but completely and neatly repacked, unused) monitor after the return deadline. I am very grateful for the exception. This store has been extremely kind to my mother and her technology needs / questions. Went back the next day and bought a printer from them, customer support was available and informed. Service and prices beat Best Buy. Cliff and his team go above and beyond.

I spent about 20 minutes here. Now, usually I have associates present a eager to help, but not on my last visit. Today, the manager (I assume because he was directing others) walked by me at least 3 times didnt bother to ask if he could help nor did he do that for any of the other guests in the store. He had folks buy on other tasks that limited their ability to assist customers. Now, I know tasks must be completed. But there is no other tasks more important than assisting customers. I knew what I wanted but I also enjoy walking around looking for cool clearance items. So I was in every aisle and department. It would have been a show of good service and workmanship to be approached. The shelves are a bit sparse and looked unkept. Store is very well lighted and products are reasonably priced. They are quick to take your money at the register just not sell to you on the sales floor.

This location is always hit or miss. Half my experience with the employees has been good the other half, not so much. For the size of the store they should have a few more employees on the ground floor.

Ive only been here twice and both times the employees, one was the manager, were very rude. I wont ever go back.

Very poor customer service. Went into office max to get tape. Grabbed the product went to the check out line and from that time took twenty minutes. The poor cashier entered the wrong payment amount in and I still owed 38 pennys. After 10 minutes waiting for a manager to help after she was call acted as though it was suck a Fricken bother. I asked for my money back gave the tape bake and then I left very frustrated. Thanks for nothing.

I had a hard time finding what I needed in the store and took quite awhile looking around. There was no one working the floor ( I asked!). No one to answer questions. If you want to drive your customers to shop online I can certainly do that. If not, OM needs to provide something I cant get online - customer assistance.

The inventory at this store fits my needs very well, and the staff is very helpful. The print production service is excellent, also.

All was good but had to get a clerk to find an item which was not on the shelf, he did find it so I didnt have to go shopping around town. Very helpful person.

We love this store. The staff are always super friendly and always willing to help as soon as you walk in the door. We have also worked with their print department and they are great too.

Eagle Scout project was the new sign for the dog park. Sure looks great. The park is beautiful and fun for families and dogs.

Jenny went above and beyond!!!! Today I went there and had a bunch of copier work done for me. Jenny was excellent and had the best customer service. She helped me so much and was just wonderful!!!!!

Very poor customer care... both in store and delivery orders as well as rewards. Over the last 7+ years, I have gone to and ordered from Office Max for both personal and business needs, They do not even deserve one star from my experiences. Nearly all experiences I have had were very poor. There seems to be no resolution, follow through or care of customers. I gave them one more try last week.... that was the last straw. It was more effort than it was worth. I will give others my business or go without.

Empty shelves, no assistance, grubby looking store. Theres a reason I shop on Amazon. UPDATE: this morning I discovered that my 10 pack of folders contained only 9 folders, and one of them was incorrectly assembled. So I paid for 10 folders and got 8.

The store was clean and the prices were good. The cashier was friendly, but the floor staff were more interested in having a conversation than assisting customers. If you know what youre after its a nice store, but if youre looking for some helpful advice I would choose a different store.

Very disappointing! I looked at Hp printers on-line and their website offered me a 20% off any regular priced item store coupon if I gave them my email address. So I did, and then went, picked out a regular priced printer. The cashier said that the coupons are *never* good for tech products! So, why are the coupons offered from the website when searching for a tech product?! DISSATISFIED!

Aside from being initially directed to the wrong location for an online order pickup (big item orders are NOT picked up where it says online orders) it was a fantastic overall experience. Quick once I was directed to the correct location and very friendly employee.

Stire was fairly well stocked. Limited computer options. Good service. Only have fedex services not ups.

Came here once to get Science Fair supplies and they had almost everything we needed. The selection is pretty large, and they have everything from paper to puzzles.

The first thing you are greeted with when you call is that they fix computers. Interesting. I thought they were about business and office supplies....and each fall they do their part for education. I went to the store and asked 3 different people where to find a document sorter such as those made by C-Line or Pendaflex. Not only did they not carry them, they didnt even know what they were. A few days later I called and asked if they had retractable grease pencils. One person didnt know what they were...I explained retailers and trades persons used them to mark on glass, retail items, etc because it didnt fade under florescent lights and yet was easy to clean off. They dont carry those, either. Several times I have requested help finding fairly ubiquitous items, but they didnt know what they were nor carry them. But they repair computers.

They can be more expensive then a Target, or Wal-Mart on school supplies, weve gotten office furniture, and laptops in the pass. I always, get ink when they have a sale.

I am able to find items I need for my computer or related office supplies.

I prefer it to Office Depot even though it is the same company. They have a vetter layout and the people are friendlier.

I get my pens here and its a good store with very helpful staff. Only downside is that the whole complex is hard to access from Sunset.
