Great car wash! Have been here a few times and have been pleased each time. Easy to get to and not far from I-5.Friendly staff. Decent prices. Choice of vacuum token or air freshener given. Complimentary trash bags and dash wipes available upon request. Highly recommend this.

I am a business owner and we thrive on good reviews and expect to earn every one and deal with complaints aggressively and in person. I had a clients car I needed to shampoo and pulled in with about 45 minutes to tackle the job. Here is what happened.1. Went to the change maker to get tokens for the shampoo machine.2. Went to shampoo, only to discover it only took real quarters.3. Went back to the change maker and tried 4 $1 bills and 2 $5s4. Finally got 4 quarters and had two in my pocket.5. Back to the machine and fed in 6 quarters. It took them all and sent one back which lodged in the coin return.6. Change maker wont take my bills.7. Walked over to office and the attendant sent out back to the manager who was drying the cars coming out of the auto system and told me he was too busy to help.8. Pocket full of tokens, dirty car, and frustrated. This took over an hour.

Decent carwash for a decent price

Much better than the car wash on the guide, it does a pretty good job when you dont have time to do it yourself.

Tried the drive-thru car wash months ago, and the rear-end of my car came out FILTHY like it had hardly been touched. This means that the guy at the end of the line who wipes down your car with a cloth is wiping dirt into your cars finish. Not good. The car needs to be clean before you dry it.Decided last weekend to try the self-wash coin operated version (spray w/presoak then rinse). Cost me $3 to find out Presoak doesnt work (tried 2 stalls and neither worked). I told the Attendant (who was very nice) about it and was told Presoak and Rinse are the same thing. If true for this car wash, its different from all others Ive seen and another reason not to come here.This place might be okay if you drive a beater or dont care about your car, but I would advise not wasting your time or money here.

The car wash end of it is fine. However every time I go to use the vacuum there is no section and nobody around to help.

They did a great job getting the salt and dirt off my truck after crossing Snoqualmie Pass. Wash and wax for $15.00 fair price.

Its confusing to try to figure out why they use change and tokens and which was is best to use. The equipment is old and some of the features dont work properly on the dial.

My car was filthy from a trip to E. Washington with a bit of off road travel. Car came out looking new. Very satisfied.

The self serve car wash does not work properly. after using the full array of soap (triple foam conditioner sputtered like it was empty and hardly spat anything out) and afterward the most important feature THE RINSE SETTING WOULD ONLY SPRAY SOAP.I struggled for a while to try and figure it out and rinse all these cleaning products off of my brand new car with no luck. Not going to bother wating my time for a refund of the 15 bucks charged to my card that I wasted just for harm to be done to my clear coat because the wash does not work as intended. Wont be coming back dont recommend to anyone.

Great place to get your car washed but it does get busy at times.

Very disappointed in the quality. Service was fast and the person checking me in was great, the rest was terrible. The windshield is not even clean and there was a lot of soap left on the car, bugs still on the front bumper. I had to immediately go and wipe all the soap off the tops of the windows (the inch down where the deflectors are) and some areas on the top that I could reach were very sudsy (its a hot day, dont need it drying on there). Lots of missed areas where there is dirt or bugs still. The person drying forced my side mirror out while it was opening (they are electric and the person at the front noticed right away and did not force it). They said the triple wash would get the wheels but Im thinking that was incorrect. Service a year ago was much better. I will have to go somewhere else and have it washed again. Im really bummed I wasted time on this, I could have washed the dust off with a hose, I needed the bugs cleaned off.

We had a great experience here. The gentleman at the front was very nice and informative, the waterfall statue around the corner was just lovely, even the football statue right before that was cool. The line was quick, the guy next was great who prewashed our car. The lights inside were like a dance club!! Then at the end of the wash the guy there hand dried our car with towels and was happy as well. The mirrors on the side were cool too. I like to take my kids through car washes and this one was rad!! They love them too. I dont like going places where the staff hates their job. This is our new favorite car wash and will go there when we end up in bham again. P.S. dont forget to tip!! They deserve it!

Worst vacuums ever. 4 bucks in quarters and the thing couldnt pick up a pine needle or a hair. Complete trash

Been going there for a few years now but lately I ve been finding scratches on my old and new vehicles and Im 100% sure I got them there on the self service, then I tried the drivethru and ended up with dents on the hood of the new vehicle.

They have wands. Great for bikes and kayaks!

Pretty nice car wash not to expensive and spacious, to bad they cant see it in there heart to use none toxic soap filled with quemicals!

Have to go through twice sometimes due to tree pollen/sap on my roof, usually gets most of it, guys are really helpful, only reason for 4 stars is because the roof is never fully clean after twice through.

They seem to have a problem finding people who actually want to work besides that you get a decent wash. Be careful I have had my car scratched there before and of course they will not do anything to make it right.

Friendly staff, but my car came out streaked on the body and the body and the rainX on the windshield didnt do any good. My windshield guild does a better job which is also rainX.. Wont be going back except to use the vacuum token.

The auto wash was good for an auto wash! I had a free coupon for a basic wash from the Honda dealer, so I took advantage. While my car is clean, I was mostly impressed with all the young men who work there. From the guy who greeted me, to the young men who pre-washed the car and the guy who dried it, they all worked hard and did a thorough job. When I realized, as going thru the wash, that I forgot to remove a magnet from the back of my car, I went back to ask if we could look for it. A young man took me to the entrance of the wash, and the guy there knew exactly why I was there! He was happy to hand it to me, and I was happy to give him a tip - it was a VERY sentimental magnet (if there is such a thing!)My suggestion - maybe have a tip jar set out at the end of the wash. My regular car wash in my home state (Massachusetts) has one at the end of the auto wash that all the crew share at the end of the day.

Got a wash twice and they missed the same damn spot twice. How blind can you be! Attendant even wrote it with shoe polish on the windshield. Right Back. $17 down the drain even though the second was free. Will not be going back for half a wash!!

The facility is dated and expensive. Trash is rarely emptied and is often overflowing. Touchless wash hasnt worked in years. Brushes are filthy and worn. Pressure nozzles are worn and little pressure. Vacuums have little to no suction. Times on all units are short.

Went in for a car was with a very dirty car. AfterThey finished washing the roof was still filthy. Drove through again and explain the car wasn’t clean and the attendant said” well you can’t expect perfection”. Not acceptable!!

Over Priced and Incomplete. We went here on Thanksgiving day, and the staff were all very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. We paid for the top tier wash, approximately $16, and were underwhelmed at the performance (automated except the quick hand dry to get the drops the air-blower missed). It was to include a wash, wax and rain-X. There was no line when I pulled in, but quickly 4 or 5 cars were behind us.While the was may have contained the wax and rain-X, they were too diluted... it didnt fully clean the car (a new, normally shaped hatchback), leaving road grime and dust on most of the rear bumper and hatch, with large arching cleaned areas at each end. The back looked worse than before the clean, as 1/4 of the back was cleaned and it really contrasted with the unwashed area.A good wash job on the rest of the car, but the wax did not make the car shine more than a regular soap would, and the rain-X was too thin to cause good beading and the next day was no longer working. We were in and out in over slightly a minute... Not enough time to do a top tier wash, let alone do all the items listed. The vehicle only had highway commute dirt on it less than a few weeks old, nothing heavy... $5 washes have done better. If you go I recommend the most basic wash level. I am an optimistic person, but wont go here again.

My car looked exactly the way it did before getting a wash. And it was stuff I could rub off with my finger. Tried calling to let them know, and no one called back 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Its weird to say, but I really enjoyed my time here. There was a bit of a line (like 3 cars), but from reception to the hand dry, I had fun. The two guys actually cleaning the car were very nice and the gentleman who hand dried my car was even dancing! I came home and my car was shining and clean. I cant wait for it to be dirty again so I can go back!

Theyre pretty good. My rims need to be wiped down everytime I go through here and everytime they try and push my rearview mirror back out when its electric. Other then that.

This is my go to spot. Takes cards which is nice (I never have change). Soap always seems to be on hand and the brush is usually in good condition for a good scrub.

Great managers with employees and thankful for them. Great place to work for sure.

Great service and detail. I like that they give you a choice of a car freshener or a token to use for the vacuums or vending machines when you get carwash services. The shampooer works great and the vacuums are clean and never lose suction. You can tell they clean them out frequently and maintain them well.

The staff were nice but the quality of the service wasn’t. My car only got washed partially. The soap wasn’t rinsed well and the back of the car was half washed.

I’m not reviewing the car wash today, but the STAFF! My vehicle died while waiting in line. Long and short of it: Casey and Tyler were awesome! They made me feel better, calmed my nerves, and PUSHED my car into the carwash, out of it, and out of harms way at the end of it! Larry came by and jumped my vehicle to get me on my way. All 3 gentlemen were understanding, helpful, professional and supportive. They saved my day! (Sorry for the tears, guys...twas nerve wracking experience for me!)

I drive a Jeep Wrangler that are obviously a little boxy, but it looked horrific coming out of this car wash. Spots all over obviously completely missed. Total waste of $13.

I love washing my car here. I wash my car so much that the vehicle itself has become afraid of debris and filth. What I wash my car I always start with the hot soapy rents. Then I switch to the scrubbing brush and always work from the top down not missing a spot. This place has all the features and necessary ammenities to make your vehicle awesome!
