Rude Service very Unhelpful.Super Short with us, helped us in no way during our urgent, time of desperation and need!! I am torn between 1 or 2 star rating

The owner of this location was friendly, helpful, polite and got me in the perfect SUV for the cross country road trip I was making. Highly recommend this location.

Car was dirty inside when picked up also long scratches along side of car that had not been previously noted. Service was good.

We rented our car in Seattle, returning it same day to this location. We got gas at a station 5 miles away from this location, fully filled the tank, RIGHT BEFORE returning the car. Upon arrival, we were told there is a $30+$9.99/gallon charge for gas if we didnt get it less than 3 miles from the return location. They made us turn around and go put less than $1 in the gas tank because we filled it one freeway exit too far away.When we rented the car, they were very specific that it just needed to be returned full. It was past the F when we arrived. But thats not good enough. Will not ever be using Budget again.

Called July 12 to ask if I needed a credit card to book a reservation. Was told I didnt need it as long as I had $200 deposit.. np booked it same day for Aug 14-16 Get there and the guy tells me I cant rent a car because I dont have credit... And further tells me that nobody at his office wouldve said that and basically told me I made it all up... I wouldnt have tried to book if I needed credit thats why I called... Very rude owner tried to tell me I talked to someone at the 1-800... Nope sorry, I hung up when the local number said transferring. I asked the seemingly nice LADY if she was here in Bellingham and after confirming even talked about the the heat wave...Bottom line VERY rude owner told me I was LYING about his employee giving me wrong information about me being able to rent a car. As if making it up would give me credit... Thats why I called 2 months in advance; to make up stories right?!Enterprise downtown ended up giving me a BETTER CAR for $100 CHEAPER with BETTER INSURANCE COVERAGE and a $100 deposit with absolutely ZERO CREDIT vs the $200 these guys tried to charge WITH QUALIFYING CREDIT!!!

Do not waste your time hoping to get excellent service when renting a car! I needed to in Bellingham, Washington, and Budget exceeded my expectations. Top notch service, prompt to my request, in and out in a matter of minutes. Thats the kind of business I want to have in my back pocket!

Service was quick and convenient. We did a one-way rental to Seattle with a lot of stuff. They gave us a mini van. Drop off and billing went fine.

I keep calling and no answer for a couple hours. If they can’t do a simple task of answering a phone, makes me wonder how their actual service is....

Hard to find your way around the barricades in the parking lot. Nice personnel.

I wish there was another choice in the price class of car that we got (Hyundai Velostar). Rear visibility when switching from L to R lanes on the freeway was a bit limited. Also USB port didnt seem to work with my Iphone. All my Iphone did was vibrate constantly. Aside from that the car exhibited adequate power and great gas mileage.Everything else about the experience was excellent. Counter person on check in was VERY helpful and friendly. She went out to the car and tried to resolve the USB issue. She was very informative on local driving info. Check out and drop off was pretty easy. Im glad I remembered to write down the end mileage on the contract pack. It was a fair walk to the car dropoff and the service counter. All in all, a very good experience and I look forward to using Budget again on my next trip through Bellingham.
