Sent my father to the big Martin stand up righteous chip off the ole block. If only their mechanic work was as good as their sign and location. My poor disabled dad parked his Toyota truck for 1 1/2 years they told him engine was bad. A spark plug wire was arcing on the manifold. They told him that only after they fixed his missing muffler for 400.00$ I inspected the muffler job to find they welded a used rusty import exhaust, no cat, restricted, rusty, and over priced. 1, 2, mistakes in Martins favor. Must have been a rarity so I go in to explain the truck has less than 20 miles on it since they installed the exhaust and at to the price paid at least fix it with new pipe. They told me 30 60 90 days whatever they said but basically too bad. Used parts on your car at new prices. Hired monkeys maybe but King Julian invented the dance moves. Fly by night Rip off Row with the dealership right next door the mechanics that are better at tightening down a sales pitch than taking the time set and get tools right. You better know your stuff before you sign a deal with warren t rat.

Martins did brakes, new transmission and exhaust to prepare us to drive to AK. They were very professional and timely. We made it up the Alaska highway with no issues .Thanks to the crew at Martins !

They did exceptional exhaust work for me. They cut out my mufflers and installed straight pipe. Exhaust tips were amazingly straight and look very good. Sounds exactly the way I want it! Would highly recommend this shop.

They did professional job on my Saab 9-7X with exhaust. Deleted resonator and muffler and instead of resonator weld it flowmaster super 44 series. Amazing and aggressive sound. Love it! Disent price👍🏻Staff and workers friendly, helpful and professional.Recommend Martins Automotive everybody.

Completely wasted hour and half of my time for no reason! Went looking for exhaust hanger was told if I waited till lunch was over (30 min) he would take my truck in and just weld one on. Hour later I was still waiting for them to get a car off the rack and 30 mins after that I just left.If he would have told me from the start we cant get your truck in for a bit I would have just scheduled the work.

I drove it out like it was almost new. Very, Very HAPPY!!! They could have charged a lot more and I would not have known much difference, but it was $268.00 with tax and parts included!RC, you will have all of my future work on my two trucks. The crew here was honest, fast and great to work with. Had a small exhaust problem I couldnt fix at home (welder). They quoted me fairly and had me on my way within an hour of first getting there. Highly recommended, especially for exhaust work.

I cant thank them enough for their caring and patient attitude. These are very honest people who wont perform any work unless it needs to be done. Ive gotten many pieces of advice from the Honda dealer that Martins says can wait. More importantly, they advise me of any risks involved with delaying service past what they dealer says is urgent. Why pay for service earlier than required?Martins is my new favorite mechanic!

These guys are awesome. Ive taken my 1996 Chevy blazer twice and both times they have had opportunity to raise the price after giving me an estimate. Both times they came in within $10 of the estimate and they even discounted a couple of things once just to keep their word.

Called them days before Christmas with serious transmission problems. They were able to get us an appointment the next day. Serviced transmission and checked differential fliud and the transfer case fluid. Found out that the transmission had never been serviced: 217000 miles. Ford F-150. Still runs great. Reasonable price.

Get my transmission. Replaced here. Around 3300 dollars. Installed. With. The best. Warranty I could. Find great mechanics at a great. Price

I would highly recommend shopping around as these guys are very expensive and will take advantage if they see an opportunity. You have lost a customer for life( dont worry I found a mechanic that wants all my business not all my money) .I came into this shop to get my brakes worked on. They did get me in right away but communicating with the guy behind the counter was very difficult to work with. It was so busy I couldnt even get a minute of time to see how my truck work was coming along and ask a ? I could not talk to him in person( as he was bombarded with phone calls etc.) so I had to call from my cell phone in the lobby to talk with Chaz( I think that was his name). But when they get to my phone call they ask to call me back unlike every other person calling who gets prioritized over walk-in customers. I could not get any time from this guy so I just went out and talked to the mechanic working on my truck.After my brakes are all apart the mechanic informs me I need a new e-brake cable otherwise my e-brake is not working. I asked the mechanic how much extra time this would take and he informs me (about 1 hr). When I talk to the guy behind the counter he tells me it is a 2.5 hr job but would only charge 2 hrs. So even if it only took the mechanic 1 hr they would just double the cost because it should have taken longer??? FYI..... I had the job done by a different shop and from start to finish it was only 2 hrs. ( he even said it would have been less if he was already in the drums) They charge only $95 hr instead of $115........….I would give negative stars but I cannot. Frankly, I want to give 3 stars to the mechanic working on my car, he was very professional and highly skilled at his job. THIS AVERAGES OUT TO 1 star.... …………………….. It takes one hour to adjust the brakes but you only have to do it once if you do the job together. This is a prime example of a company charging you twice for the same job, dont let them do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service does great work for custom exhaust work

Got some muffler work done. He didnt charge me much for materials, but charged over 6 hours labor. I guess the cat converter spit pieces all along the exhaust system. Started with a quote of $350-$550 and then he called and said it would be $600. When I went to pay, he charged me $715. I think thats a bit steep for the work that was done, but if you tell them what you want done and dont let them add work, its probably more reasonable here than other places.

Honesty is what I look for in a shop, And its what I found at Martins Automotive. Ive had a few custom projects Ive taken to them, and they fit me in quickly, and get things done right.The one time they messed up, they took full responsibility, and fixed it right away when they could have easily tried to pass the blame to me. you cant buy that type of integrity.

Brought my 2006 Subaru in for a broken exhaust pipe, hoping to get a quote. They immediately told me it was just a snapped weld, at the back end of the resonator, and offered to run a few beads to get it reconnected; 30 minutes, $50. 30 minutes and $50 later, my car is quiet again, and Im on my way, without shelling out the several hundred I feared it would cost. Very grateful to these guys for the quick turnaround and reasonable price!

I have usually had a good experience, but this time not so much. The transmission in my car died, they towed in to their shop to diagnose the issue on a Monday. They werent able to give me an answer until the end of the week Friday. They were nice enough to match the lowest quote I found and said they would have the transmission fixed by Tuesday. When Wednesday came around, I had to call them to find out that they still werent finished and were waiting for parts. They then said it should be done Thursday. I called at the end of the day Thursday, since they never called, to find out that they were still not done and they wont have it done until the next week. They finally got in done 15 days after they brought it in. They also charged me more than the quote because of a part they had to replace.They never call to give you updates and they didnt think to do anything to keep my business. At least keep your word on the quote or give a discount on my next service.Not pleased at all.
