With the conditions in this state they do the best they can. Short of opening up the state I got more then I expected

If giving 0 stars I would. They will look for every possibly way to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, even if you arent set up for automatic payments. I had a correction that needed to be made on my account (an over $100 correction, but I bit that bullet) the correction to my account DID NOT HAPPEN the next month and i was over charged over $100 again. I was told by Diamond who has been extremely unhelpful the whole experience that the correction wasnt made in time, but youll be refunded that money next month. I then asked for where I signed for automatic withdrawal and she informed me that I didnt, they just assumed thats what I wanted. Absolute garbage. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

Always have had State Farm, but since moving to WA in 2004, our particular agent has been Joe Treat. Great guy (sends out very Christmas cards every year). But, lets face it, when you call about insurance stuff, the true STARS are the office staff - and, in that office, thats Monalisa. I think she might be the nicest, most patient person on the planet. Im recently divorced, having to sell a house, trying to buy a condo, had to buy a used car, etc. Mona has been there for me every step of the way. Couldnt ask for more from my insurance agent!

Joe has been my agent for over 20 years. Awesome service and man.

Great office, the ladies that work there are really friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful customer service! I absolutely recommend this place for all your insurance needs.

I only gave one star because I had to. The lady I spoke with a few minutes ago was very rude and unprofessional. She addressed me by first name as if I knew her personally then, I kept telling her I was at work and could not discuss the matter with her. She ignored me and kept explain further, keeping me on the phone. I then said I would check my records when I got home and get back to her. She said check your records! Ha! You need to listen . I then asked for the owner she laughed again and saidgood luck with that, hes in Oregon . I said fine whats is your name again about four times while she kept talking as if I was never speaking. Her name is Mona. I was going to continue my policy with this company in the future but there is no way I would ever do business with them again. And I plan on spreading the word.

Joe is a great guy and sincerely cares for his clients and his community. I highly recommend him and State Farm.

Joe is a great guy

The secretary appears to run the office there. Refused my request to have Joe to return my call or transfer me to leave a message for Joe. I had issues with her poor attitude. Now, Joe and his staff can have one less customer. Ive had insurance with Joe for a couple years. Canceled my policy today.
