The tech had great communication and we were fortunate another appointment cancelled and he was able to come sooner than expected. He got our gas fireplace working, showed us how to operate everything underneath and troubleshoot issues, and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend this company for any gas heating repairs/maintenance. Friendly and professional!

These folks wrote the handbook on excellent customer service practices! I have used NW Energy Systems for six years for yearly maintenance and then again for an emergency house-call last winter. Quick and top-notch! In addition, their staff went out of their way to send me information on my water heater that was not even their product/concern, really. I was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it myself.Prompt, compassionate, organized and professional! Thank you for your service to our community.

Best place around. If they tell you they can do something then they stick to it. I have referred 4 families and every time they were about to beat others HVAC quotes by a great deal. Keep up the great work.

Talked to a gentleman and was very helpful,but said have to wait for 2 weeks before the company could look at my air conditioner. Good chance to call back for getting to have the a/c fixed soon.

I raised my review to 4 stars because Chris is awesome and called me tonight to see why my HVAC is failing...but the communication from the receptionist is below fair and honest. I assume she is overwhelmed and as such is not being honest or fair with people calling with issues.

Im guessing the Northwest Energy Systems employee who waved at me several times this morning while driving a company truck was not following company guidelines? I certainly hope not.It was clearly evident a campaign sticker on the back of my truck motivated this employee to wave his middle finger through the air as if it were a pipe cleaner. Maybe he was planning his next duct cleaning job? But, I dont think so? Because theres only one letter in the English alphabet that requires your top front teeth to clench down on the bottom lip when screaming.I have never worked with this company personally and probably never will at this point. Maybe the employee forgot he was in a company vehicle?

Was having a problem with a heater that was purchased and installed through Northwest Energy Systems, So I contacted them in hopes of getting the issue fixed, they were very slow about getting back to me and come out to look at it when they did they said to let them know if there was any other issues with it. well the same issue that was fixed came back about a week later. so I called them. they didnt call back... A week later I called again to asked what the issue was, they told me that I needed to replace the same thing again that I had just paid to have replaced?? ( Very odd, considering I just spent a good amount of money having it fixed, then was told I needed to place the same part that they had already came and fixed to begin with.... I also found it very odd that they were more worried about getting payment information over the phone first, then actually trying to fix the problem that I had previously paid for) was told to leave a voicemail for a certain person. did that, no response. called later that day, was told that I needed to have authorization from my landlord to have my own property worked on. Very slow and poor service, parts and Customer Service ! DO not waist your time and money with this kind of business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I cant say enough good about this place, first they did a great job replacing our furnace, then again on our water heater. The best part is that I have sent several friends to them and they have had the same experience.

Wow I am seeing a trend here. Wish we had not purchased our furnace from them & when the time comes to re-purchase it will not be with Northwest Energy systems.Our furnace has not functioned correctly from the start. I would definitely rate our furnace & this company as lemons.Bellingham is a small town & I have a very public job. Will be sharing the bad news about this company with everyone I know.No heat for two days now & it just started to snow. I called to see when the repair person might arrive & was rudely told by the receptionist: I already told your husband, it will be after 1PM. I cant give you any more information than that!So very sorry to bother you! It is cold in my Home!Will never again do business with this shoddy company!

I have used NW Energy Systems for personnel and commercial applications which is to say that they keep my home and business warm or cool depending on the season. They are a company run on integrity and they own their work. I plan on using them for years to come.

We had our 13 year old furnace kick the bucket. NWES was very quick to respond and friendly. They had a tech out to us quickly to diagnose. It was determined the heat exchanger failed. They gave us a fair and timely quote, plus got someone out to do the install w/in 48hrs.Not to mention, they offered to drop off space heaters while we were without heat.Im quite happy with the service, price, and product(s).

I have worked with this company for over 20 years now have purchased two furnaces for our home and a Ductless heating system for my Dads home. I have had nothing but good and fair fast service from this company. Would recommend to others.

Their receptionist has terrible customer service skills. Not sure why they keep her. But the technicians have always done very good work for me and seem very knowledgeable. I plan on using them in the future.

Dan and his crew did a great job for me in diagnosing and replacing my furnace. They were very unobtrusive and provided wonderful service. They are on top of my list for future needs.

If I could give no star I would. Do NOT do business with this company. Consider yourself warned. My water heater started only providing hot water for about 11 minutes per day. When I called this company for a quote the lady told me that the elements are bad in my tank. I gave her my s/n and she then proceeded to tell me that I have a non standard size. 65 gallons. She said that it is best to replace the tank. It is 8 years old and it is going to leak. She then went on to say if I dont replace the tank that the labor charges for the elements is very expensive. She said that the elements themselves are about $45 for the pair. She said that she would have to call me back with a quote for repair and a quote for replacement.When she called me back I was given the following options.1. $560 to replace the elements on current unit.2. $1,248 to get another 65 gallon tank3. $928 to get a more common 50 gallonI told her that I would have to talk to the wife and get back to them. After looking on YouTube and talking with friends I found out that it is VERY EASY to change the elements. So I decided to call them back to get the cost to purchase the elements from them. This time a different lady answered and said that they dont have them in stock but could get them within a few hours and quoted me a price of $114 for the elements.........Remember they were $45 for the pair before.....I decided to go to lowes where I purchased two of the best elements that they sell for $18 each. Then I went ahead and splurged and bought an element wrench for a whopping $7 so I was out $45 total.The longest part of changing the elements was letting the tank drain. About 30 min. Then it took about 2 minutes to change the elements.So can you explain how a 32 minute job and $45 in parts constitutes a $500+ markup?They take advantage of a person not knowing anything about products.

We were very pleased with NES. They were very, very professional, respectful, experienced, knowledgeable and fair priced. We had an old boiler removed and replaced with an on demand hot water system and a variable speed heat pump. Could not be happier. I would highly recommend NES.

My Furnace has a issue, most likely the igniter. I called to inquire about a service call however the receptionist explained they arent taking appointments? She said I was to be placed on a waiting list... I asked when will someone be able to come out? She just said I dont know I asked you guys dont have a schedule to check? She said No then I said so I guess me and my kids are in the cold with no estimated time. She said find someone else I said Okay then. I think this is the worst service call I have had....I just had to write this review because as a Manager of a small business with 5 star reviews I would never treat a potential client that way over the phone.

Northwest Energy Systems has always been very punctual on time and great fallow through, I have been using them for about seven years for our business and personal needs.

Dont use this company!! They tell you what you want to hear, get your money, then if you have any problems, never get back to you period! Worst customer service experience ever.
