The last time I came here to get my car tinted there was another ownership who wasn’t as friendly as the new ownerships who took over this place. Now I can say I had a good experience especially taking my new car that I recently got (Challenger SRT) and oh man these men did an excellent job tinting my windows, I was fascinated on how the results came out, my car and I went back home happy. Would i come here again? Oh you bet I will, with no hesitate! I would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks guys!

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Guy tried to sell me scratched tint with bubbles and when I asked for a receipt he tried to charge me 10% of my bill which was $400!!dude was really trying to charge $40 extra for a receipt . He tried to tell me that I ask for to much for the price im paying for ??? Like dude I sweat for my money and work hard for it , dont ever come to this place im warning you this is coming from a Mexican.

Ok I get it its during covid and we all are struggling just to get by with life and times are rough. I usually dont leave reviews but I had to this time with the poor experience.Tinting of the window well done. But experience of choosing this place i wish I had waited to get my tints from the dealership itself.I bought a brand new car and next day went to exotic window tint to get my windows tinted. When I came to pick up the car I see a small but very noticeable scratches on the drivers door. When approached to the owner. Owner right away declines it and rushes inside the store to show us a video recording. In the video recording you can clearly see that car was brought into the garage, driver side door was open a guy sits in through the driver side and the door slams into something in the garage( videos angle cuts off to where you cant see what exactly it is hitting and blurry video). We point it out to the owner, owner states nothing there and it wasnt him he then takes us to the garage (garage is clutter on the sides along with a child car seat and a bicycle on the side; driver side where car was parked) owner declines that at time the car was being tinted bicycle wasnt there. Owner declines the scratches are from him. We then informed the owner that this is a BRAND NEW CAR we just got off the lot NIGHT BEFORE. Owner goes silent then states it was not me, 30  minutes of going back and forth and with language barrier with the owner, owner finally states ok I call and file claim to my insurance company and then I call you when insurance gives me check. We drove away. Days passed, week passed, a month passed no word from the owner. We decided to reach out to owner, the owner sends us a photo of a insurance bill of a name with address (not even his name of the bill) with policy number covered.Owner tells us to call his insurance company and file a claim ourself. We asked owner for policy number, we did not get a response back from him. (We were ghosted) We call insurance company, insurance company was not able to find anyone with the name provided to us. Insurance company stated they dont issue checks out either, what the policy holder does is files a claim and then I would have been contacted to take my car to a auto shop to get it fixed.Here I am still with the scratch on a brand new car not even having it for 24hrs. Very disappointed with the way we were treated and the customer care. Owner could have admitted from the live video that he did hit it and apologized. I might have been ok with it. But instead he send us off on a while goose chase.Be careful if you take your car here. Make sure you check for dents or scratches!To the owner. Clean up your garage to avoid future accidents and be honest. We all are struggling and trying to survive, theres still good people out there who would have let go even if it was a brand new car.

WORST SERVICE! Waited over 6 hours for my car to get tinted and also an alarm installed and I had an appointment!!! Tint was so scratched!! Guy was very rude. Do not recommend. Waste of my time!!
