I panicked when I realized that I had ants starting to come into my house. We just bought our home and I had no idea that there would be an ant problem. The technician got the house sprayed quickly and was very clear about what to expect. It’s been three weeks since we had them out and so far I haven’t seen any ants at all. This company is great. Their technicians are very friendly and their service is always effective. We haven’t had a bug problem in so long because we regularly use them every few months. We have dogs so I also appreciate the fact that they have pet safe options. It’s always easy to get ahold of someone when I call. Active Pest Control had wonderful and affordable service. They also took care of an ant problem we had during the summer. Every time they come out they’re highly respectful and get the job done as quickly as possible. I hired Active Pest Control because I had be VERY serious bed bug problem. I had never had bed bugs before so I had no idea how quickly they spread. This company did a great job helping us. Their service was quick, through, and affordable. They were so friendly and polite. Any time I have any kind of pest control issue in the future this is the first company that I will call.

We contracted Active Pest Control to remove the termites in our new home, and they did a fantastic job. Their prices are fair, and Tony is very hands-on, taking the time to answer all of your questions, explain processes, and be flexible with your schedule.

We used them for several properties when they went to the property the tech would sit in the parking lot as the car is has a function of time reporting. This was reported from several tenants at different locations. When we told them this was happening, they turned cheek and said that the tech did not do this, yet we had proof from several sources.

We scheduled service about a year ago and they came and did the job but did not do follow ups that we were charged forOut of nowhere they dieced to sell what I am supposedly owe them to a collection agency I will take you to court for more than the miserable $100 that they claim that I owe them they did not showed me any proof of service or anything they claim that they do not have records well I have records of PEST INFESTATION AND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAT CAME SHORTLY AFTER THEY DID I would love to see the Judge that will take their side without any proof.

I’ve had their service for almost two months and I’ve had technicians come out 4 times already because I still have pests. They keep saying they use different products each time, but when I ask I want the strongest chemicals to get rid of the spiders that’s kinda what I expect. Unfortunately I had to cancel and go with terminix. I’ve had them before but chose Active because it was less expensive. Definitely get what you pay for with this place. Terminix is expensive but did the job right.

We got several quotes but was very impressed with Active Pest Control. They were fast in getting a termite quote to us. They were honest in the problems we had and gave us two options of controlling our termite problem. Van came out and inspected the termites. He did a thorough job of inspecting the termite areas and gave a thorough report of details of all the work that needed to be done. He gave us a good price and he was not pushy in trying to get you to do the termite work. Above all, the termite service was awesome from start to finish! I was surprised that out of all the other Pest Control company that came out he was the only one that came with shoe covers to protect our house from getting dirty. I love that extra attention to detail that they provide with their pest control service. Active pest control is INCREDIBLE!!!!My service technician Bobby Brown came out on time and he went beyond the level of service that I was expecting (WAY BEYOND). Im so impressed with this young man and he level of professionalism and knowledge. On my original quote they had quoted to close up 7 openings and upon further inspection I needed to close more. Bobby called the field manager out and they inspected further and APC honored the original quote and closed up ALL my openings. I totally did not expect nor demand that type of service, they offered and preformed. WOW!!!!!Im an Architect and I know how a home is put together and he really knows his stuff. We had a really bad ant and spider issue at home. We purchased some products from home depot and used it around the house. After over a month of dealing with the ants we gave up and decided we needed some professional help. A Friend referred Active. We looked them up on Yelp and checked out their reviews from their Bellflower office. Decided it would be best to leave it to an expert. Im just disappointed we didnt call sooner. Contacted APC via yelp and received an almost instant reply. The rep was courteous to my schedule and availability and we were able to schedule a visit with no issues. APC reached out to me prior to the techs arrival. Once the tech arrived he was super attentive to my concerns and needs. He assured me I was not the only person with these concerns and would take a look in my attic and crawl space to critter proof it. I was happy with the techs suggestions and quote and they were able to schedule me for next day service ( A++ in my book). I was not home the next day but my wife did mention they went over there plan of action with her and in no time it was completed. Why would i use a company that hires such rude,unprofessional sales reps that walk door to door to peoples homes.I just had a visit from one today. I answered the door thinking it was my Amazon delivery but it was just another sales person. Usually they just go away when I say not interested through the seen door. This guy needs to learn how to present him self/introduce yourself. He only asked to speak to owner. I had to ask who he was. Thats not how you introduce yourself at someones home you dont know. He didnt leave, in instead he just persisted on giving his speech saying he was a niegbors bug guys ,even saying neighbors names like I knew who was talking about. I asked 4 times for him to leave. He just kept smirking and trying to sell me on pest control.Finally he left, but Unfortunately my wife just started to pull in to driveway. Instead of just leaving like I had asked. He walked back to driveway and started it up again with his pitch.Now Im upset because hes bothering my family after I already asked him to leave because I wasnt interested in what he was selling. I told him 2 more times to just leave but he kept talking like we would just give in.Finally he leaves but while he walks away he just stares me down smirking like an idiot like he enjoyed messing with me.If you want new business, dont hire idiots to represent your company. This guys lack of respect resulted in losing a potential customer since I was actually looking for a pest control company.
