Expect to wait a while for full set, make sure you communicate well your design as they only work with colored powders ( many people were asking for gel and they insisted that they only do powders, even when you ask for a specific color they apply it in powder form) *Come in knowing what you want with picture. They do not change colors or designs , instead they offer full set change or fill. They do not have nail design samples in store but Andy has an Instagram.*see photos...I wanted clear acrylic almond shape with Nude tip and they simply painted the tip in a pinkish nude gel color after they tried multiple powders and application styles. 😅 I personally didnt see them wipe anything once after each session they only ask that you wear a mask and wash your hands upon entry so bring ya own cleansing wipes.

They rush doing the nailsthey dont take their time to file with machine how its suppose to be done, nails look lumpy on top an in less than a week it unclued an started lifting on 4 of my fingers, i asked for short natural ballerina shaped nails he did coffin shape and charged $50 for short nails thats ridiculous not only that soo unprofessional he cut me an made me bleed 2 times an he kept going like no big deal IT WAS MY FIRST time here an will be MY LAST dont waste ur time an money HERE go else where

Ive been going to nail spa palace for about a year now. I am always impressed with the quality of work they do. I get so many compliments on my nails. Tracy the owner does an amazing job on acrylics and does beautiful designs. I stick to the dip powder for my nails and they always look phenomenal. The shop is also always very clean and tidy.

Tracy is awsome please go check her out. she always does a great job you can tell she loves doing nails. she does awesome designs. I will never go anywhere else.

Greatest nail salon around! They make it a priority to make sure your comfortable and taken care of well. As a guy, I only trust certain people to touch my feet and this place and staff is the only place I trust! Please be patient if you do not have an appointment as they do get busy.

I had a really good first experience here, so I came back a second time. All I can say is when youre charging $10 to pry off someones acrylics without trying to soften them beforehand (ouch), while also not filing them smooth after and leaving them all rough to only throw cuticle oil all over, you think youd be a little more considerate about what a customer would want. Upon checkout I was told $10 but was charged $11, then was later told that there is a $10 minimum fee. My service was $10, so why was there an extra charge to begin with? Then I was told that everyone was charged $1 to use card but there was no sign or warning of such a thing. Its a dollar, sure, but after all of that? Jeez.

I asked for a regular French mani, and, to my surprise, it only lasted for two days!!!! On the first one, one nail started to chip (I thought it was because I had cleaned the kitchen counter top), but on the second day, all the others started to chip just by hand washing!!!! Not going back again!

They were discriminating and only taking the temperature of the black customers smdh

I got them done Monday May 20 it is now only 5 days later and I’m already getting lifting on a few nails. They also didn’t do an amazing job on the acrylic it was over my cuticles and when the lady was filing I also ended up bleeding.. the shape and color is good but... everything else was bad.

I have been to other and they are definitely the BEST... MY GEL NAILS LAST THREE AND THE PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN... I recommend you go there and spread the word.

Customer service is horrible, rude staff and they do not work according to their business hours. The previous owners were great but these new ones are horrible.

Didn’t even get my nails done. Got there and there was no one waiting. Sat there for an hr. I was looking to get a regular set. The price on the wall said $22 not bad. Pretty normal. About 45mins in. They lady in front ask me what size and color I wanted. She had this sample with nails and prices. I picked about a med size that said $27 bucks cool. Then the lady that’s supposed to do my nails comes and asked me what size. I said oh well the one I showed her. A med size. So she tells me okay that’s $45. Ummm how do you suddenly raise your price 18 more bucks. So I sit and wait another 10mins. This lady who I guess is her regular walks in and she decides to take her. I literally walked out. Never going back.

Love this place. Nails lasted me 3 weeks without lifting. Great quality products. My white stayed white. The shape was perfect with long and short nails no chunky bulky nails here! The very best Nail Spa Traci is the 1 and only Lady in Bellflower that does my Nails to perfection I will not go to anyone else. Traci is the Bomb .Go check her out.

This was my 1st time at this nail salon and let me start off by saying. 1. Everyone was pleasant and spoke.2. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated exactly as pictured.3. They did a excellent job on my mani/pedi4. I will be returning5 last but not least. Thank You Tracy and the whole team at Nail Spa Palace!

I would have to say when I first started going to this place I just knew it was perfect. Tracy does great nails, the lady who first did my toes did great ( $45 for this visit ) The second time I went, Tracy removed all my nails because I wanted a different powder color without educating me the first time that this would be the case. And yes I had to pay for a new set and the price was $20 more ( $60 for this visit) I guess because I got the chrome on the tips, idk.That was strike one, strike two was the lady that did my feet did not scrub them. I was so messed up about my nails I missed that part of the pedicure until I got home and my feet were ruff. Third strike went back to get a fill with the same powder color only, specifically asked for a basically full, no pedicure, Well this time I get charges $38 for this full. She said it was because I had the chrome on and she had to buffer it off.. Well Im confused because to do a fill you have to buff and shave down the nail anyway. So I regret to inform due to inconsistent prices that are sky high, I will not return.
