Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced came from the team here. The prices and quality are decent! Best of all they are quick and efficient. I got my fridge delivered to my door and when it was time to move, they picked it up same day I called and bought it back from me. Such amazing service. I highly recommend. Also they offer warranties and maintenance!

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had in purchasing an appliance. Dont be fooled by the outside.. it looks run down so the first impression isnt the best but the customer service makes up for that.

I bought a fridge a couple months ago and it went out warranty ran out and when I tried to get it fixed they gave me a hard time and scheduled me for a day then they didn’t even show up or call me to let me know anything till I called them and Nothing there service is good when your buying from the of course but after it’s bad..

Weird at seeing bad reviews. When I went I bought a fridge, the service was good. And it was delivered with no issues. And 3 years later, (reviewing now because I forgot) its still working just fine.

I would give a zero if I can. Bought a fridge from them that constantly breaks. 1st time it broke about 7 months after purchase. They picked up to fix and after a few months, another thing broke. Had them fix again hoping it would be the last time, but something else broke again. Of course, repairs are not free. I dont know if theyre purposely breaking something while they have it for repair so they can charge for repair. Lemon fridge. I will report them to the city or wherever I need to that theyre a fraud. Biggest mistake was trusting them!

Call to ask if they had the part for my stove. Took the stove to them, in 15 min they had it fixed

The owner Arturo is a rude liar illiterate old man. He lied numerous times about handling my orders in the past. When told that, he does not even acknowledge about it, instead giving random excuses to justify his lies. Been a long time customer with the other owner at the other store, sadly he was sick, thus my order is handled by Arturo. And guess what, when buying refrigerator from him, he harass and bullied me by talking in a very condescending rude and impolite way. And finally during the delivery day (after more than a week of testing time) he had the audacity to accuse me of non payment meanwhile the fridges have not even delivered yet! Told him i have the full cash ready. I waited for the supposedly delivery time from 12-3pm. And guess what, at 330pm after waiting the whole afternoon, i called to find out he cancelled the delivery of my purchase without notifying me at all!Waste my whole time waiting! He need to learn how to respect and treat his customer better, not by harassing them and all the dishonesty. SHAME ON YOU
