Carriers are unable to properly deliver packages. This has happened 3 days in a row despite me having informed delivery and receiving text alerts. The information about delivery is consistently wrong. Carriers should be required to take a photo to show proof of delivery. My packages have my full address and he keeps leaving in/at mailbox that does not have boxes for parcel packages. BRING IT TO MY DOORSTEP. What’s the purpose of providing my apartment number? LAZINESS!!!!!!

This is getting out of hand! Thanks for delivering my package and mail at ridiculous hours risking my stuff to theft! This has been ongoing for the last two years or so. USPS is a joke! On top of it all, they seem to be ok with marking packages delivered when they arent!! You cant find a more worthless and useless government funded entity! Maybe the TSA is tied with USPS, barely! What a waste of my tax dollars. If FedEx and UPS can get it right, then whats the problem USPS?!?This was edited to add additional issues. Seems nothing gets done about it. And Im not saying all carriers are bad, just this one that comes late at night! I have to be up early most mornings yet here I am, awake waiting for a box that was supposedly delivered HOURS ago!! Stop lying!

Great services for a USPS location. Its not the best but worth the trip. Lots of postal locations get a bad rap and this is not exception. Give them a chance and they will pull through. I enjoyed this location, was passing by the area and needed to make a quick drop, was my first time here. Pleasure to walk in to and clean.

I went into this post office today to mail my passport renewal. I was a little nervous hoping that I completed the application correctly. When I walked up to the counter, Lloyd was friendly and asked me if I would like him to look it over. He works in the passport area so he’s an expert! I was so happy and felt it was my lucky day. Thankfully I did it right and left feeling reassured that I will get my renewed passport without a hitch. Thank you Lloyd, you made my day!

I was in the Bellflower office this morning at 11:45 a.m. I had the best attention given me by one of your employees. Emily or Elisha, something like that. She pulled me away from the regular line to show me a couple of things I will be using in the future. She is most helpful. I just hope you can determine who she is. We used the scales and the automated system to conduct my business. Please see who was assisting the not-so-common transactions at that time this morning. Thank you for your time.

This post office is so slow and always loose my packages or gets delayed when USPS delivers. They always give me the run around. Everytime I ask if they can just hold the package so I can pick it up in person, they always say the package is with the carrier and us out for delivery and by the end if the day it doesnt get delivered. Its frustrating coming here.

The absolute worst USPS ever. Don’t come here if you don’t want to deal with lazy and deliberately slow people who don’t care about helping you. There’s literally 30+ people in line and one person working as the rest just lounge in the back. Privatize the USPS!

Made an appointment was not taking care of until an hour later asked why and the response from the post maters was you just have to wait the service was not good at all I will drive out my way next time to not have to deal with bad service I would advise no one to make an appointment at this location even management is no help just sad you have to leave the city you live in to get better service smh

I have a small home business & am constantly dreading shipping packages because one time I had to refund a buyer because package was stalled for 3 weeks. Then after I refunded, they continued the journey & package was ultimately delivered. My loss. Just recently I dropped off the package & at this post office & 4 days later after not showing tracking update, I filed a complaint & they called me to tell me I never dropped off the package, thats why tracking never updated. Really?Also, sometimes the lines can be so long, all the way to the parking lot sometimes because they dont have enough Clerks. there is usually only one or two.

The url has so many pages yet I couldnt find a page to pay for a package that I wanted to send or a page to print a label, so after looking for over an hour I gave up and called the number they give to help you over the phone. After going thru several menus, I gave that up and went to the p.o. From the site, I knew that the size box I was sending would cost $15.50 for a 1 to 3 day delivery with priority mail. But when I got there, it wasnt $15.50 ...or $20.00 ...or $25.00. It was $27.70 for my little box AND it would take FIVE days to get there. Next time Ill go to UPS.

Horrible service. I and many other residents on my street are tired of only getting mail 2 or 3 times a week. The mail man stops and talks to people for 30 mins at a time. We get mail post marked 6 and 7 days prior. Alot of us get prescriptions and have time sensitive mail.When we talk to postmaster in charge he gives some BS excuse. Saying its due to covid19. Its BS because March thru July there was no problem. But when they wanted more funding from the government is when they slowed down.They told me 3 times they will follow the mailman and see whats going on. I call BS on that too. Because if they did they would see him talking 30 mins here 20 mims there all day.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I have been waiting 4 days now for my check to get home and no one here is able to give me answers. I went to the post office my self and demanded they look for it and the supervisor after saying the first time he couldn’t finally “checked” the crates they had of mail and came back in not even 6 min to tell me he didn’t see anything and I would have to wait for it to get home. I just Now got off the phone will Paul from the post office who stated the same thing. That I would have to wait. I specifically said “so your saying there is nothing you can do?” He answered “yes”. Completely unacceptable.

Always a terrible experience. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever nor is there remote interest in making it a positive experience. I’ve also had them run out of stamps which seems a bit ridiculous.

Super rude. If you want a passport make sure you get there an hour before they open to hopefully be put on their waiting list. They’ll make you feel stupid if you don’t know. There’s no sign stating anything about a waiting list and it’s a first come first serve type of thing. So if you don’t comeback before the time they tell you comeback they’re on to the next. I recommend the Santa Fe springs post office for any passport needs I was in and out in less than 10 min and I got there around 10am.

Lose packages and overwork the mail carriers causing them to nisdeliver mail on their normal routes. When Doty retired, service went to zero. Two packages they lost and one they never found and they dont like when you complain and they should sort your mail at the location so it can be delivered correctly and not give their carriers extra or other unfamiliar routes. Who abuses their employees like that, especially during this pandemic?

Everyone that works at this office are very friendly and helpful.Reduced the stars to 3 because lately Ive gone to take packages in the after hours parcel deposit box and its full and can not fit any more items and on the other side you can hear workers working and dont bother changing out full bin for emply one.Ive also been there a few minutes before the closing time of the post office PO box side.Not good when you are in a tight schedule.

Dont mess around with the receptionist/tellers at this post office. Funny story one time a guy came in while I was in line bypass the line and said hey whats the address here? The lady goes its outside on the curb go look... The dude said hey you dont have to be a B word and she looked him dead in the eyes and said and you dont have to be a D head. I stood up straight stared forward and waited my time in line

As with most postal locations, depends on who you get to help you. I came in with a very large certified mailing and the lady who helped me (should have gotten her name) was really awesome. Would give her alone 5 stars. Super accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. In the station over from me another postal worker was being difficult with someone whose package had been lost. Great experience for me; uncomfortable to watch what the other guy was dealing. 1 star for that guy.

Its not at the post office in Bellflower but for our mail delivery here in Bellflower. We used to receive the mail between 2 to 230 pm...now its up near 7 pm...what is the mailman doing taking breaks? To top it off we even get the wrong mail delivered to us every other week...thats ashame.

Then I tried 3 mins later and I got a busy/off the hook signal and has been that way since then...is the number listed here the correct number or do they just not want to answer the phone today?

I was there on a Friday at 2 pm for new passport, the hours on the website is M-F 9 am-2:30 pm, I waited in line for 15 mins then the lady at the counter told me you need to get yourself on application lists for the day,it fill up quickly todays is full since morning,come back on next Tuesday at 9 am (not even next Monday).

Just from walking in the location has always looked very dusty, messy and unkept. With the exception of a middle-aged Asian woman, the workers never seem to be happy to be at work, let alone to have to call you up next and have to speak to you. Nevertheless, I never had a problem with getting the information I need from the workers. I guess its good if youre like me, who goes to the post office cause its necessary, not cause of I need legendary customer service.

At the actual location they have ok customer service. Main reason for review is a package from Hong Kong arrived, was sorted & is out for delivery in less than an hour! They must be in overdrive to catch up from the holidays. Good s**t :)

Just had the mail delivered at my apartment complex and the mail carrier left aprox twenty five boxes wide open unlocked. Tried to call the Bellflower Office on Flower, Closed of course, no way of getting ahold of anyone in case of an emergency, got to waste time going through all these prompts for nothing. With all the mail theft going on this is absolutely not acceptable, who is accountable for such? You would think that there would be an emergency number for the biggest employer in the US. Great job to all the fat cats sitting on their ass not thinking of such, we the public deserve better! What a total failure in the system

Talked to a postal clerk today concerning not having a mail drop off available. I believe he was the postmaster, but after almost arguing about it admitted that the drop off drive thru closes now at 5;00 PM.The post office closes at 5;00 PM. Why have one that closes at 5;00? Other cities such as Downey and Lakewood have continued this for their customers. No local mail boxes available and now a drive thru one that closes at 5;00 PM.Does anyone else work and have a need for a mail drop off, or am I the only one?

Update: so its now been 10 business days waiting for the package that arrived to the post office on September 29th and still cant get my package despite 5 complaints, multiple redelivery requests and hours on the phone with the 800 customer service number. A guy claiming to be the manager of the post office (Ron) called me late Saturday evening while I was at work. Left me the above number to call him back and Ive tried for 3 full hours this morning, and no one ever answers the phone there! Useless! Id give them less than zero stars if I could... Have a huge problem getting my mail, and Im a business customer! They never ever, ever deliver packages, or even attempt to deliver packages. Last 4 packages Ive gotten in the mail Ive had to request repeated delivery requests and they just never show. Ive complained to the district supervisor, the postmaster general and its nothing but a huge runaround, a lot of lame excuses and more and more pass the buck. In the end Im still missing one day priority packages which were supposed to be delivered on September 8th. Going to have to move out of the area to somewhere the post office can actually provide the service they are paid to do.. Maybe the city of Bellflower should get involved in the complete lack of service here. Im pretty sure its a major factor in property values here plummeting to nothing and the mass exodus out of this town and the surrounding areas.

Terrible experience not once but twice. Firstly they dont come to your door to deliver the package, they just leave a note saying sorry we missed you collect from so and so office at the mailroom. When we go to their so called office, their staff finds out that the address mentioned is not correct and they redirect us to new USPS address. Terrible terrible experience!

Came to that place to complain and purchase stamps. The complain was about mail not being picked up. There was about 30 minutes waiting so I gave up and went to buy stamps from stamps machine. Paid for 40 stamps and machine gave me 30. Unbelievably bad Post Office

Called them to inform about address correction on a package I was waiting for. They took note and promised to post it on the packege when it arrives and inform a driver. Next day called them - made 40 (yes fourty) calls in 4 hours. No one picked up the phone or I got busy signal when they called out. Had to drive there to tallk. Result - they sent package to the wrong address and back to sender the same day. Unprofessional

Some employees are rude and unwilling to assist you. If they dont like their jobs, they should find different employment. They close a few minutes earlier than the actual time posted. I try not to come to this location unless I dont have any other options. This location needs to really work on customer service.

My experience at Bellflower post office with the carriers and office staff (Jose) has been rather UN-helpful and UN-professional. They have no responsibility in there work and in helping other resolve issues. I had a package that was supposedly delivered INTO my mailbox but it was never there and I went into the office to see if I could get some assistance and Jose told me there is nothing they can do and if I had a problem to take it up with the police. They later contacted the mail carrier who said he supposedly dropped it into the mailbox, which I personally do not believe. The package itself wouldnt even fit inside my mailbox therefor I know the carrier is lying. After countless attempts at resolving my situation, I am now stuck with no help from anyone and out the money I spent on my package as well. I would recommend to anyone to use another post office at all costs, They can all lose their jobs and close up for all I care at this point. They show know sympathy towards you so why should we towards them, no wonder why the USPS is losing billions of dollars a year and there workers still have a job, they are all inadequate. Have a good day people.
